difficult UX to get a quick, wide angle lens

**What do you like best about Appier AIRIS (formerly Woopra)?**

It is great at reports and analytics when it comes to adjusts filters. It's very helpful when using certain tools and doing different things on the program. 

**What do you dislike about Appier AIRIS (formerly Woopra)?**

It has bugs in form elements which makes the new report UI and makes it hard to filter certain actions. It's not a ver user friendly program and loading things can take a long time. 

**What problems is Appier AIRIS (formerly Woopra) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used this to monitor certain features in a website and then we take this data and analyze it in order to understand what people like the most in the website.

The timing of when the data comes through, sometimes it takes longer than expected.

I love the presentation of the website stats.  It's very easy to read and track user interaction.

**What do you dislike about Appier AIRIS (formerly Woopra)?**

It's buggy at times.  There have been periods of time in which Woopra displays blank stats.

**Recommendations to others considering Appier AIRIS (formerly Woopra):**

Stick with it over time to get a good understanding of the reporting as a whole.  If you see blank stats from time to time, check back again a day later and they should appear.

I have been able to better understand how users are getting to my site and what actions they are taking.

Woopra does some things really well. Tracking macro trends/usage paths is something Woopra does really well.

**What do you dislike about Appier AIRIS (formerly Woopra)?**

However, trying to get more in depth reporting is really tough to do. I have had a hard time pulling more specific reports with Woopra. Additionally, the fact that you cannot use AND as well as OR filtering for Reports is pretty ridiculous, and makes it very difficult to get certain subsets of our customer base into a Report without massive manual intervention.

**What problems is Appier AIRIS (formerly Woopra) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are helping companies in the oil and gas space become more efficient with how they retrieve and view their data. Woopra has helped us track errors, and user paths to better shape our applications.

**What do you like best about Appier AIRIS (formerly Woopra)?**

How the product allows you to "walk in the shoes" of our members. We can get a fairly detailed idea of what specific members are interested in and how they are finding it.

**What do you dislike about Appier AIRIS (formerly Woopra)?**

Can't remember off of the top of my head but it seems like I've run into "dead ends" when trying to look for specific metrics/reports that my client has asked for. Also, it seems like the metrics recorded do not consistently stay the same. Lastly, some of the views seem innaccurate, it records it as multiple views when the individual hasn't left the page/article/event.

Figuring out what is working when it comes to engaging our customers.
