It not only consolidates what we have and what we have done but also furthur makes all data, touchpoints, conversions, and trends more meanful. It's interesting to see the same thing, especially data itself, in differect aspects. Furthermore, AIRIS provide consultant mode service, inculding presales, customer sucess, and technical support. What do you dislike about Appier AIRIS (formerly Woopra)?

In the onboarding stage, we spend a lot of time to organize all data both online and offline. Plus, we asked the data need to be very align with our interal rules and usage need. Integrate online and offline data, combine the user's journey on the website and make a variety of different analyses. Woopra gives very useful background information, such as visitors to the website without them logging in, such as which pages visited, the source of the visit, any buttons clicked on the page. Our company uses Woopra on a daily basis to gather insights that we can't find anywhere else. We're able to blend custom journery reporting (what pages users interacted with) along with user attributes that are merged together from Stripe, BigQuery and a number of other sources. This insight helps us make key business decisions on a continual basis. Along with this Woopra's support is always there for us if we run into any roadblocks.
