In the onboarding stage, we spend a lot of time to organize all data both online and offline. Plus, we asked the data need to be very align with our interal rules and usage need. Our company uses Woopra on a daily basis to gather insights that we can't find anywhere else. We're able to blend custom journery reporting (what pages users interacted with) along with user attributes that are merged together from Stripe, BigQuery and a number of other sources. This insight helps us make key business decisions on a continual basis. Along with this Woopra's support is always there for us if we run into any roadblocks.
