That was initially confusing. As I stated before, what bothers me the most is that i am unable to label each line in some way. I would be delighted if I were able to put two initials to designate with whom I had spent that hour. I would love to be able to view it as I view tha entire table instead of having to open each note **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am unaware of anything that is going on behind the scenes. Before we had UKG we had a different platform. It was a little more complicated but it was functional. I also think that they make the process of requesting time off pretty smooth and easy with their calendar UI. Though overall, I think their UI is pretty user friendly and I've had no trouble finding any information that I needed from the website. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** I have not yet had any real negative experiences with UKG ready yet. I think the only thing that I've had an issue with was trying to use the mobile app, as I could not find my workplace on the app and therefore could not get it running. Though it is a managed environment for me anyways, so this might not exactly be a UKG specific problem. **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** I would not say that I have a specific problem which I chose UKG to solve. As an employee it allows me to clock in and out seamlessly from my laptop and easily request time off when I need it. The tab system is intuitive and makes it easy to manage people you supervise, it integrates easily into physical devices with either an app, website, or proprietary devices. The system performs quickly, only sometimes taking longer than normal due to latency. It makes onboarding easy with a few quick settings and in the case of my organization IT is able to automate that process. I do not know about pricing from my position. There is not any integration of AI and I hope it remains that way. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** The punch system can be frustrating, but often is my own fault. It makes tracking hours and managing day-to-day tasks much more efficient, and it cuts down on a lot of back-and-forth. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** The only thing I don’t like about UKG Ready is that there isn’t a built-in way to estimate your paycheck based on the hours you’ve worked. You have to calculate it yourself, which isn’t difficult, but it would be really helpful to have that feature included. **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** UKG Ready helps streamline time tracking, scheduling, and employee information all in one place, which solves the problem of having to manage everything separately. You can tailor workflows and settings to match how your organization operates, which is huge when you’re dealing with different clients or processes. Overall, it’s a solid system for keeping things organized and standardized, especially when you have a lot of moving pieces. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** Honestly, it can feel a little clunky at times. Some things that should be simple take more steps than you’d expect, and it’s not always super intuitive for new users. Troubleshooting is probably the biggest pain point. When something breaks or doesn’t sync right, it’s not always obvious where the issue is, so you end up spending extra time digging or reaching out to support. Reporting can also be a bit of a hassle. The data is there, but pulling it in a clean, easy way isn’t always straightforward. Overall, it works well once everything is set up, but it definitely takes some effort to get there and keep it running smoothly. **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** UKG Ready helps centralize timekeeping and employee data so we’re not bouncing between multiple systems to track hours, approvals, and employee info. That alone cuts down on a lot of confusion and manual work. It also helps standardize processes. Having one system for time entry and approvals makes it easier to keep things consistent across teams and locations, which is huge for payroll accuracy. From a support side, it gives better visibility into what’s going on. We can see time entries, catch issues earlier, and fix things before they turn into bigger problems on payroll. It is simply the most accurate and reliable. I like the very easy to navigate interfaces for both staff and admin, ensuring that it can consistently and confidently record all data accurately. I appreciate the ease of using UKG Ready on the phone and the in-depth detail available on the desktop. It's great that UKG Ready is accessible on the go, whether at home, on a plane, in a car, or in a hotel, allowing me to access any personal or staff information. The desktop version is excellent for reporting and ease of interface. I also feel the mobile setup is very easy. Overall, I rate it a 10 out of 10 and feel it's essential for anyone in a modern workplace to utilize this platform. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** Sometimes there can be too much customization, I don't need every option of all that an admin can do but that's just me in my position. I have made shortcuts for what I need to use it for but if I stray from those shortcuts I can easily get lost in the over options of it all. I would say maybe boiling it down and making different levels of admin and giving a more simple display of options that would only be applicable for those levels of management. **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** I recommend UKG Ready for its accurate and reliable time sheets, payroll management, reporting, and PTO tracking. I love that I don’t have to log in a million times, and it's by far the best app I have used for my pay information. The app has a well-organized and visually pleasing format. I love that everything is organized, and I don’t have a hard time navigating it. It's an all-in-one app but doesn’t feel cluttered. I really appreciate being able to see my PTO, pay statements, and predicted pay, as these are valuable features. Setting it up was very easy, and I got it set up on my own the first day of hire. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** Nothing **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use UKG Ready to see all my pay information; it's well organized and easy to navigate. So easy to pull just abotu any report in a matter of seconds. It truly is top notch! **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** Implementation was outsourced to a group called Sability, not my favorite. However, after implementation, we were helped almost immeditally by the support team and our internal relationship manager to make sure everything was set up exactly how we needed it! **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reporting is amazing, easy to pull and access! The timesheet points balance tracker is really helpful for monitoring the attendance performance of employees. **What do you dislike about UKG Ready?** One thing I think could be improved is the automation of timesheets, particularly the tagging or labeling of rules for things like 'early in,' 'late out,' and 'late.' I wish when you remove the points, it would automatically be removed in the timesheet at the same time. Also, it would be really helpful if changes could reflect in real-time because some integrations take 24 to 48 hours, and some requests are really urgent. **What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use UKG Ready for employee life cycle, performance reviews, and attendance; it simplifies HR tasks.
