Its stable and good for running the complete backend of a management company for the hotel industry. **What do you dislike about M3?** I feel its interface is out of date and could use an update to something more modern. Data input when working inside can be frustrating and would be nice to feel more like a traditional spreadsheet at times. **What problems is M3 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Property management for multiple hotels, from AP tracking to Daily Reporting. ### 6. We have now growth and have granted access to several more employees due to the good experience we've had. **What do you dislike about M3?** Sometimes it tends to slow down my laptop's performance but is not something I would be extremely concerned about since I can still work normally; but you can still feel the diference. **What problems is M3 solving and how is that benefiting you?** to hold my team accountable and more organized when it comes to specific matters in our company. ### 7. Their service will go down for weeks at a time and you won't be able to do anything. These people are a complete joke and I have no idea how they are still in business. **What problems is M3 solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, in fact not being able to launch their software for the better part of a month is the opposite of productivity. ### 8. Packed with features and considered one of the best among different ERP applications **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2021 **What do you like best about M3?** I really like the new extension tool called xtend-m3 which is recently being used and adopted for creating dynamic tables, creating custom transactions, creating util packages and lot more in the cloud version of M3. **What do you dislike about M3?** There's not much to dislike but if I were to pick something that would be having limitations in terms of new h5 mashup creation could be a little tricky and new to get used to compared to that of the old mashup designer application. **Recommendations to others considering M3:** It's a good application for those who are already in the ERP industries as there quite a number of top companies who are still using M3 and having successful business stories throughtout. **What problems is M3 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data being the core sort of not just ERP based industries but any industries, we strive to make the data storing, transferring and interpretation very seemless to make customers happy and have a smooth business ahead. ### 9. Can select by accounts payable, hotels, report types etc. Very clear images are stored attached to every invoice. **What do you dislike about M3?** I wish I could search by invoice number. It forces you to select a vendor first. **Recommendations to others considering M3:** Make sure you are a large enough company to warrant the use because going to need a lot of time tk train. **What problems is M3 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping accounting records for the 9 hotels we manage. The software keeps all records in 1 place & has appropriate permission levels for different types of employees. ### 10.
