**What do you like best about Threads Culture?**

Our team's top-performers are individuals who embrace and live our core values and Threads Culture gave us the platform to include core value in the performance management process. The Threads team was hands-on helping us onboard and making sure we maximized the software. Similar to a Gartner Magic Quadrant, it gave us a way to see how our staff was doing based on their individual job responsibilities AND cire values. Another feature we love is the ability to team members to share peer feedback in real-time and for each team member to chronical their individual successes. Our team used the platform every day. That enabled our annual reviews to be reflective of the whole year versus the month leading up to their review. It was  very easy for the whole team to adapt to and has definitely been a favorite tool for our staff.

**What do you dislike about Threads Culture?**

We found it helpful. I can't think of anything that I would change about the interface or our experience.

**What problems is Threads Culture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Threads helped us align our values with the performance review process. It helped us underscore to employees and new hires that being a successful member of our team is not just a function of meeting the requirements of a job description, but living our core values. We used to collect peer feedback by email and Threads gave us a platform to automate that, which increased the volume of feedback and made reviews more reflective of an entire years worth of performance information.

**What do you like best about Threads Culture?**

I appreciate the fact that I can send questionnaires, create, edit, and review performance evaluations, access feedback, and even establish an organizational chart. Threads Culture offers a comprehensive yet user-friendly solution for monitoring employee reviews and fostering their development. It's an invaluable tool that I believe every HR professional should utilize. I appreciate Ben whom I have worked with for quite some time, he is always avaialble and ready to assist with any questions, the worforce certainly can use more reps like this.

Honestly, nothing. I absolutely enjoy every feature of the software.

**What problems is Threads Culture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Threads Culture serves as a comprehensive tracking system for me. It allows me to access past reviews, enabling me to revisit employee goals from previous years to ensure they've been achieved. I can also request peer feedback and set up reminders. Essentially, it streamlines reminders, tracking, reporting, and empowers employees to provide self-feedback. It's the essential tool that plays a pivotal role in preserving and nurturing our company culture.

The ease of use and that a company has the ability to tailor the performance reviews of not only the company but for each position as it relates to the companies core values and beliefs and how well are your employees meeting those standards.

The organizational chart display could be revamped a little in terms of useable but it is good to use if you are in a pinch to have to create something immediately

For our organization creating a system which allowed us to better manage when performance evaluations were completed and making the entire process digital.

**What do you like best about Threads Culture?**

Threads strives to continuously develop their software and stay ahead of hr needs. The performance review does a great job incorporating core values with KPIs. The feedback feature is very beneficial when it comes time to do reviews. It allows us to make reviews based on information from the entire year, not just what we remember from the past month. The new request feedback feature has helped our managers stay on top of yearly reviews and check-ins. 

**What do you dislike about Threads Culture?**

The software is everything we expected, so we have not experienced any negatives at this time.

If you have never heard of it, talk to their team! We talked to Sean, and he was great.

We are utilizing it to realign our team with our company core values. We have accomplished this with threads core values exercise. Having all team members aware of the values has been very beneficial.

**What do you like best about Threads Culture?**

Recently we had Sean from Threads Culture come do a training session with our management team. Sean was very successful at uniting our management to create support for our organizations values. The training focused on establishing performance review best practices, and creating solutions strengthen the organizations culture. The entire management team enjoyed learning from Sean, and learning how to continuously maximize the features within Threads Culture. We look forward to having him come speak to more team members next year.

Creating solutions rather than solely identifying problems can be uncomfortable. Once we learned the proper way to address negative circumstances, the management team felt confident and optimistic moving forward.

**What do you like best about Threads Culture?**

Threads is super easy to use anywhere from an employee level, manager lever, and admin level. The performance reviews are easy to do. All manager are able to have them all in one place organized by their completion status. If managers have fallen behind, the admin is able to request the review which helps prevent difficulties when it is time to use the reviews for salary raises. Threads support is also super friendly! If you ever have questions or need assistance they enjoy helping you until every thing is the way you would like.

Truly I do not know any limitations with Threads. The software solves all our performance, employee engagement, and compensation needs.

Threads worked with us to meet our constantly changing needs and provided unmatched customer service. The structured support team from Threads assisted our team with troubleshooting and software understanding. Every team member we worked with was able to articulate the process and was passionate about working with you to cultivate collaboration and positive culture.

Was sometimes difficult to keep up with software updates and monitor what new features/additions were available

We had struggled with consistent, formulaic approaches to performance evals and Threads provides streamlined approaches to employee reviews. This creates a much more realistic evaluation and understanding of individual performance that is then able to be discussed with employees and we can more easily set goals to improve upon.

Threads helped our organization discover the core values our team believes are central to our operations. Prior to the core values exercise we did not operate under a common set of values. The core values have driven internal success because our teams now understand the goals of the organization. Additionally, our teams now incorporate core values into our performance reviews. Team members now strive to be exceptional at their responsibilities along with exemplifying the organizations values.

**What do you like best about Threads Culture?**

Threads is great for increasing our employee engagement. The feedback feature allows all employees to leave feedback whenever necessary. The ability to turn visibility on and off has increased upper managements ability to understand what is occurring throughout the entire organization. Employees are receiving more positive feedback from their peers, and we are able to learn more about management styles through the 360 feedback. We also are able to request feedback from employees when more detailed information is needed. Everyone is more connected now and people are continuously sharing positive feedback with peers.

We do not have any dislikes with Threads. The software is evolving and solving more and more human resources needs.

Threads is continuously updating software to improve functionality and performance insights. The software is unique in that it meshes our company values in with our review process. As we have used the software we have seen how emphasizing our company values has truly helped establish a cohesive, collaborative culture. Threads has been instrumental in improving our performance management and our overall culture.

Have not had a negative experience with the software. We receive very responsive feedback and help from the Threads team if we run into a technical issue.

Would recommend to companies working to improve overall culture and employee morale in addition to determining which employees are performing at certain levels and the reasons behind their performance.

Working to create a more standard way of evaluating our employees and during this process attempting to set goals and adjust performance through the lens of our corporate values. Threads has allowed us to work towards achieving this goal.

Threads has provided us with a software that focuses on culture improvement. Since implementing, we have increased our performance reviews by 50%, its just that simple! The software is incredible, but the team behind it is outstanding. They are always willing to hop on a call and are very responsive. They have truly changed our business.

There are always new updates to be mindful of, while it takes time to learn new capabilities, we appreciate the commitment to constant software development.

Makes our internal processes much easier and streamlined. Has improved efficiency and productivity.

We love threads because it can be utilized not only by management, but employees have access and can benefit from the software as well. Allowing employees to use the software not only improves morale, but allows them to better monitor their own performance.Great software that not only streamlines our business processes, but has increased performance and alignment across the board.

Threads Culture offers a solid product with extremely helpful customer service. The software is very simple to use, and the customer support reps respond to my questions almost immediately! The service is also very personalized, and they are open to thoughts and suggestions. You can tell they place a true value on their customers.

The software has a unique way of incorporating core values into the review process. My team has seen a sharp increase in alignment with the companies values as a result of Threads Culture. We never realized how much we could improve our team environments by including this element during the review process.

Threads Culture is extremely valuable, and our company would highly recommend taking the time to learn the benefits of utilizing this software.

The software develops and updates with new features frequently. The request feedback feature will be very beneficial for our organization, but some managers do find it difficult at times to stay on-top of new and upcoming releases.

Utilizing Threads has dramatically improved our employee engagement within the business. Not only has it allowed managers to connect more through employee performance evals, but it has further clarified company values and allowed for a better understanding of the company's mission. A great investment for any company.

The on-boarding process was a bit time consuming and getting everyone on board as the software can be utilized by every employee in an organization, but the time spent was well worth it.

Threads is a great tool to help facilitate communication between management and staff. Documentation is key in healthcare and Threads has helped track performance over the year, rather than just a snapshot in time like the yearly reviews used to seem to reflect. 

**What do you dislike about Threads Culture?**

There is not much to dislike about Threads. As a smaller company, it is easy to reach a live person to troubleshoot problems. The Threads team is very responsive. 

**What problems is Threads Culture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication has been the biggest problem that has been solved with Threads. Before, management was very hands-off, and they still can be, but now at least we know more in detail why we receive the score we do on evaluations. The previous process was just a likert scale and comments weren't required.

I like how simplistic Threads is, both in terms of use and design. It is great for tracking your progress, managing your work plan, and handling comments/performance reviews.

As a company that has previously had no way of quantitatively reviewing employees, Threads has made this possible through their employee engagement and performance management features. By being able to evaluate employees based on performance and ability to represent core values, our company has been able to apply bonuses and promote employees based on these key performance indicators.

Our company currently has no complaints about the product as it is always up to date and user-friendly.

Would highly recommend this product if your company has any issues with employee evaluation!

The main benefit we have realized through the use of Threads Culture is how valuable quantitative analysis of employees is and how much easier this makes granting performance bonuses.

There is instant access to information on employees and enable our leadership team to gain insight into individual performance. This has exponentially improved our business processes - both when completing evaluations and understanding our employees better. The values component has been a huge plus and something that has helped to further unify employees and create cohesive culture.

**What do you dislike about Threads Culture?**

Haven't experience negatives with this software other than the typical routine pains of learning a new software. But fairly easy to use, just working to keep up with updates.

Having a much more efficient, effective system of tracking performance. Really allows us to better monitor performance and understand when and why things may need improvement.

My favorite thing about Threads is the seamless user interface for feedback. Instead of previous solutions where I would be surprised by my review discussions and wish I had known how to improve ahead of time, Threads gave my managers a way to give continuous feedback.

Threads requires buy in from management to achieve the full benefit. Managers need to actively participate and use the tool to maximize it's value.

Threads Culture has enabled our our team members to have real conversations about performance and give meaningful feedback. We are no longer using cookie cutter ratings with no substance.

Threads Culture has strategically aligned our performance evaluation process with our companies core values. Prior to integrating to this software we only rewarded employees for strong results, overlooking how exemplification of core values adds to the organization. We have also benefited from Threads Compensation Management and Bonus Compensations features. The software is evolving, allowing our company to see strong growth both internally and externally.

Currently, have not experienced any difficulties or problems that would lead me to feel negative about this software.

**What do you like best about Threads Culture?**

The feedback feature is such a great way to provide timely feedback and track employee performance throughout the year.  It is super easy to use, which is very important in order to gain acceptance of employees and managers during the implementation phase!  

Also, the ability to rate employees on our organization's core values is a great way to take it beyond just evaluating based on job requirements.  

**What do you dislike about Threads Culture?**

Would like to see better goal tracking capabilities within the review template.  Have already made a request and understand this will be a part of future updates.  

**What problems is Threads Culture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better performance management- Our managers are now able to keep better track of their team members' performance throughout the year, which should make a huge difference come annual review time later this year.  It is virtually impossible to remember what someone did 11 months ago, so the real-time feedback collected during the entire review cycle is amazing!

Improved morale- Employees can easily provide feedback for one another at any time, which is a great morale booster!

Have yet to find another tool that can help improve culture. Unique software allows for simplifying performance reviews, tracking and analyzing employee engagement and performance and does it all through the lens of the company's values.

**What do you like best about Threads Culture?**

I think it is important for employees to be able to provide feedback on each other. It becomes helpful to the manager when it is time for their review. But it also helps provide real-time feedback and allows for problems to be fixed sooner than later, if used appropriately. 

**What do you dislike about Threads Culture?**

I don't really like how the review is based off of the job description; mostly because almost all of our employees have a different "job description." So rather than updating one job description and it applies to 10, 15, 20 people... I have to update over 40 job descriptions for 50 employees. It's not Threads fault that we have so many different job descriptions, so this wouldn't even be a thought of mine if our job descriptions applied to multiple people.

I like that Threads keeps track of employee progress throughout the year (feedback) so I don't have to remember it all at review time.  Also, each annual review is kept so I can go back and see if employees are improving or staying the same.  
The feedback feature is extremely helpful in keeping track of employee progress throughout the year.

Even though the people at Threads are very helpful and try and make the on-boarding process as smooth as possible, it's still very time consuming.  There's really not much anyone can do about that.  It took me awhile to complete the job descriptions, Core Values and Results for each description, but once that was finished it made the whole review process go much smoother.  The time investment is worth it in the end.

It's worth the time it takes to set it up.

Before, we didn't like any of the review templates we came across and settled every year on a different one.  We'd take the time to research and try and find a better one, but it never happened.  With Threads, we basically create our own template and don't have to spend the time each year figuring out what we want to evaluate on.  
In addition, we struggled with evaluating the entire year rather than the last few months that we could remember.  With the feed back section we can evaluate and document throughout the entire year.

Threads continues to get features upgrades that are helpful.  It's easy to leave comments  about our own work, for our supervisors, or comments for other employees.  It's been helpful in using it for ranking people we are considering hiring as well.

Inability to toggle EASILY between admin role and user role when it comes to my own review. I'd like to be able to temporarily turn off admin role and then turn it back on myself.  Or simply as it relates to my own review to state I'm acting as a user and not as an admin.  They do allow me to turn it off, but I'd have to involve other people to turn it back on. We're too busy for that.

Great to be able to give feedback good and bad about an employee.  I like that there are photos so I can verify who I'm talking to.

When we first started using it at my company, the employee were separate into salaried and hourly, and only the salaried had Threads accounts.  I found myself wanting to enter comments about an employee, but they were hourly so I couldn't.  Also, I find that I don't interact much with people outside my department, so I don't have much to comment about.

**Recommendations to others considering Threads Culture:**

You need to promote the app so that people remember to use it.  Also, in a manufacturing facility it's hard to get users on the computers to use the product.  Also, I have some ideas for this product, but not sure where to submit them.

I don't think I''m seeing any benefits or solving any problems and find that I don't ever think to use the product even if a situation arose that warranted a comment.  I'm not in the habit of using it and it's not promoted much at my company.

Availability to everyone in the company. This software levels the playing field between executives to mid-management to the guys on the dock. By using the Feedback option, every employee has the opportunity to give feedback to any other employee, including management. We were concerned we might see a lot of negative comments, but to date our employees are taking the program seriously.

Must have an email to use. Because many of our employees are in production and do not have company emails, we used an inexpensive web domain service and created emails specifically for this purpose.

I recommend you do your due diligence and compare Threads Culture to other options available to you.  not only is the software a great tool, but the team at Threads is very easy to work with.

At CNS, our purpose is to improve rural broadband. We've always been focused on that but, had never had it so narrowly defined as we were able to do with the use of Threads Culture platform. Our structure is non traditional with employees throughout MN, ND, and MI. Some folks report to our HQ, their home, car, hotel or remote office. In order for us to all stay connected and maintain our purpose, it takes diligent work.  We're able to create, define, and communicate our core values effectively with Threads. Our core values are at the center of everything we do now including our interviews, meetings, emails, branding and, now, our annual reviews. The platform is simple to use and you really can't beat the good ol' Midwest Customer Service. The crew at Threads genuinely cares about incorporating the sometimes 'hidden' values and bringing them to the forefront. And, like us, they like to have fun with their work. Ben, Kim, Teresa and Sean are all top notch (as I'm sure are others but, that's who I work with most often). If you want your folks to be inspired by your purpose day in and out start thinking about your culture, define it, and roll it out with an engaging presentation from Sean with Threads.

Our company has been using Threads for our review portal for a year now.   As a manager responsible for multiple team member reviews, Threads allows me to be able to rely on other team members feedback to make the most of our annual reviews.  This portal allows team members to either give a shout out for something that one of my team has done or be able to give confidential, constructive criticism which helps me mentor if something needs tending to.   At review time, I am able to reflect back on those comments to be able to conduct a meaningful review.    I also enjoy being able to share those positive feedback comments to my direct team members every Friday when Threads releases them to me.  It is uplifting for all involved.  

**What do you dislike about Threads Culture?**

Other than getting to know a new system, I'm not seeing any negative.  The portal allows confidentiality where it is needed and alerts a direct manager and our HR administrator of any issues sooner than later.

Give it a try....the benefits of having ALL team members able to weigh in and give confidential feedback helps managers access how things are going.

What I like about Threads Culture is its unique approach to performance evaluations and culture reinforcement with a special emphasis on core values and results based on each individual contributing to the effectiveness of the organization. Threads' approach alligns perfectly with my belief that the most effective way to improve any organization is by improving the organization's culture. I appreciate how Threads' evaluates employees on core values and results seperately rather than averaging both scores together. My personal favorite feature is its "Feedback" module allowing for 360 degree feedback company wide -- giving all employees a voice on how their co-workers perform at work.

We learned so much as did the employee who is now embracing our culture and wanting to consistently live our brand (values) and be more productive.

It's very easy for managers and employees to use and has enabled us to have it all electronic, providing easy access for future reference. Our CEO loves the fact that he can get instant information on individuals, departments or the entire company related to performance. We also love that this software ties in values as well as results. And the feedback tool is fantastic. Our employees have really embraced this.

I disklike how you cannot change things without changing it globally. I have been working around threads pulling the full job description to create shorter quarterly reviews. In order to do that I had to make 2 job descriptions for each employee. 1 with their full annual review job description and one for the shorter quarterly reviews.
