What do you like best about Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX?

I used third lane when it was on text based back in 2011 and initial stages on MySQL in 2015, the change of storing the data was complex one but third lane team spend so much time to migrate to MySQL database, but there are many changes from 2015 to 2025. last 10 years they tried to introduce several version I believe it's going on right direction but I am not at all using at this moment.

Alex, is the founder and he was very much into this and very helpful to the customers, he make us easy to work with him, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
