Additionally, the report export and analytics features could be a bit more dynamic — for example, allowing more granular control over which KPIs or time frames to include.

When I first started using SupportFinity, the setup process was straightforward and didn't take much time to complete, making my initial experience smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciate how SupportFinity has significantly reduced the time required to find suitable candidates for my business, taking over what would otherwise have been long hours spent by HR on recruitment. The platform has made things a lot easier for me by evaluating good candidates more efficiently. A standout feature that I admire is the AI analysis capability, which I find incredibly useful—particularly the aspect that evaluates CVs. One of the standout aspects of SupportFinity is its ability to collect all job opportunities directly from companies, making it a one-stop solution for job seekers. This was particularly beneficial as I switched from using LinkedIn, which was my main platform for job hunting, because SupportFinity consolidates all job listings, offering an all-in-one experience. The setup process was 100% straightforward with no difficulties, and I find the interface really useful and user-friendly, with an overall good user experience that is continuously improving. I dislike seeing roles posted in languages I don't understand when using SupportFinity. It would be helpful to have filters to sort roles by language to ensure roles are tailored to the candidate's language preferences. Additionally, I find it challenging to create certain roles because they are not part of SupportFinity’s ecosystem. What do you like best about SupportFinity?

During my time as a consultant and advisor to startups and scale-ups, I’ve noticed a few challenges that almost all of them share. The first is figuring out how to estimate the labour budget for a new feature or product — especially when it means hiring new people. The second is how to vet and hire the right talent, often remotely, at both speed and scale.

These two issues come up again and again. Misjudging either the cost of hiring or the suitability of candidates can throw an entire project off track.

Then I came across SupportFinity, and two of their tools immediately stood out to me — the Salary Estimation Tool and the AI-powered Assessment Module.

The salary estimator has been a real eye-opener for many of my clients. It helps them get a near-accurate picture of the “people cost” involved in a project and benchmark it against their current team. That insight alone has made decision-making much clearer — whether to hire externally or make better use of existing talent and backfill where needed. It’s taken a lot of the guesswork (and anxiety) out of early-stage budgeting.

The assessment tool is equally impressive. It allows you to design and roll out assessments across a wide range of skill sets — technical, operational, or otherwise. One of my clients, for instance, needed to hire healthcare compliance experts to support a new product they were building. They didn’t have the internal expertise to ask the right technical questions, so the SS assessment module was a lifesaver. It helped them create domain-specific evaluations that pinpointed the exact expertise they needed.

This not only saved them a significant amount on specialist recruitment but also gave their investors real confidence that the team could identify and secure top-tier talent quickly, even in niche areas.

Overall, I’ve found SupportFinity to be a brilliant solution for the two biggest pain points I see in growing startups — planning people costs accurately and hiring the right talent efficiently.
