What do you like best about Strella?

It's wonderful! It's made research faster, and I feel like I have a double checker and a colleague working alongside me. We run a lot of client A/B tests, and Strella helps us understand why things work, not just what wins. The ability to run rapid-turnaround qualitative studies has elevated how we support our clients. What do you dislike about Strella?

What do you like best about Strella?

Strella eliminated the stress and complexity we used to have around user research. What used to be this huge logistical nightmare is now just part of how we work. It's influenced how we budget and plan our research spend. The whole team has bought into the process and we're constantly talking about it with other departments. What do you like best about Strella?

Strella conducts remote UXR sessions on its own, saving our small team a ton of time. The AI moderator is pretty impressive. Strella also generates it's own report which you can fine tune with their chat-like query tool. Overall it's allowed us to do a lot more than we would otherwise have time for. What do you dislike about Strella?

What do you like best about Strella?

What I appreciate most about Strella is its ease of use and how intuitively it integrates with other tools we use. The learning curve was very minimal, customer support has always been quick and helpful, and the platform saves us time on tasks that used to be manual and repetitive. What do you dislike about Strella?

Overall, the experience has been very positive. However, I would like to see more advanced customization options and more detailed reporting features. Sometimes, certain integrations require extra steps that could be streamlined. These aren’t dealbreakers, but improving them would make the platform even stronger.
