There are notable limitations when it comes to editing, particularly with adding effects and music to posts on social media platforms. These restrictions can make it challenging to fully customize or enhance your content the way you might want.

Spothopper helps  us get to the process of claiming our business back in Google map after many attempts we have tried on our own. Spothopper staff set up online meeting and guide us step by step in the process with friendly follow ups.

It’s user friendly, the done for you social media, is easy to manage even though I’m not social media savvy. The website looks great, intuitive and meets our companies needs exactly. The support staff are excellent when I need help!

I’ve liked everything so far. No complaints.

The job they did with my website is phenomenal. I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out.

There’s not much to dislike. Paying for the service is the worst part, but they’re not working for free. The value is definitely there for the services they provide though.

I really like using the app on my phone for answering emails about catering or booking parties. It keeps everything nicely organized.

It saves me time having a lot of my web presence managed through one interface.

**What do you dislike about SpotHopper?**

It is designed primarily for restaurants, so having a specialized business, we don't fit in the confines, so having it more customizable would be helpful for one off businesses.

**What problems is SpotHopper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage my catering side of the business. I will be starting to utilize more of the Ai social media posts. 
It saves me time with the online ordering, so my staff isn't always tied up with taking orders over the phone. It also makes it easy to manage my daily specials. Just having everything in one place is very helpful.

There are definitely some limitations as to what you can edit and the control over what certain elements look like.

People seem to reach out more through the websites for example party inquiries. Social media post are helpful as well however I have to edit many of them.

Sometimes I noticed things that will pop up on our website without us asking for them. We then have to go to our account rep and make sure that nothing is being done to our website on the backend.

SPOTHOPPER is an answer to many of my prayers..it creates a beautiful website with automatic updates and I have been working with Luke since the beginning. He is a virtuoso.

I find it a little daunting to create promotions and special emails or texts but I'm getting there with Luke's help.

Sometimes the AI-generated content doesn't even make sense.

Event ticketing needs to be more robust... tiered pricing and private ticketing should be available. 

Printed menu layout workflow needs to be improved. My menu takes up four pages. Thays too much. Fixing "hanging" menu sections is tedious.

What really stands out, though, is the customer service. Kris has been exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. Anytime we’ve had questions or needed support, Kris has made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend SpotHopper, especially with a customer service team like this.

The initial sell of the site without mention of the social media stuff… meaning if you don’t know how to do social media it’s worth it for you. If you do know, it’s a bit of an expense when you can do these things for less on your own.

. The ai creation of social media text is not however creative, at times. It seems repetitive. You can create your own though and learn to avoid certain words in your description.

I like how everything is with one vendor. The website, photos, video, social media integration. Much easier to manage.

I wish there were more diverse layouts for the websites. We have 3 locations on the platform and they all look the same.

One backend to manager rather than multiple.

Onboarding process was horrible and time consuming.

When we had trouble with our onboarding rep the supervisors were easy to work with and made things right with us.

Communication with new hires is made easy. E-Mailing is a breeze and easy to use. Image of new customers entering our platform is impressive.

The platform is quite straightforward to use and navigate. Whenever I have questions or require updates to the website, the staff is always efficient and responds quickly.

The emailing platform has room for improvement. I find that it doesn't offer many options for tailoring it to our specific needs.
