It is easy to navigate and retrieve the information that is needed. The targeted marketing features are easy to setup and rotate campaigns. **What do you dislike about SpotOn Wifi?** we found the initial pricing to be a little on the expensive side at first but the direct touch sales person at SpotOn did a great job at getting discounts to make it viable. **Recommendations to others considering SpotOn Wifi:** I would reccomend that when you are looking at SpotOn work closely with the vendor to ensure you get the best possible discounts. **What problems is SpotOn Wifi solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary challenge for our customer was collecting all available information about their guests in a seamless fashion and being able to analyse that information easily and clearly.
