The Budget feature stands out as particularly impressive, and anyone managing AWS Cloud Spend should definitely explore SpendHounds' built-in integration! The weekly emails consolidating all our upcoming renewals has been a major upgrade to our ability to track our subscriptions, big or small. Before Spendhound, we often overlooked the lower cost subscriptions and even missed a few larger ones that we would have terminated or negotiated lower rates. What I like best about SpendHound is the FREE assistance they provide with comparative pricing and renewal negotiating strategies. We provide the proposal, and SpendHound does the rest. The team gives excellent guidance and provides us with clear recommendations on how to proceed. Sometimes finding angles that we weren't aware of to help leverage better pricing deals. Having to upload contracts to the system. The file size limitation prevents us from adding some of the larger contracts, and it is duplicative to load them in our contract management tool and also load them to SpendHound. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The alerts of our organizations third party services which enables us to reach out to our business experts to inquire before negotiating or renegotiating to keep and be at cost effective in todays industry.

Also our account manager keeps us organized and in line on any renewals that may be coming up or near expiration so we dont miss a beat. Sometimes the auto integration of our renewal orders may miss syncing but they are quick in support to assist and correct and let us know what error caused the concern but overall, not a big deal! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This platform is fantastic! It was straightforward to set up, just around 30 minutes to link into our various platforms. From there, support went to work checking records, categorizing everything, and building out our dashboard. Now we can see what the latest bill was for a service, when the renewal is, and we even have access to assistance. It is checked frequently as we have so many different billing dates.
