The search feature allows me to locate any conversation, file, or decision within the seconds, instead of in long email threads. The channels feature helps me to sort out conversations by team or project, such that nothing becomes mixed up. It has indeed made my team quicker and more connected particularly when working remotely. **What do you dislike about Slack?** The greatest disappointment about Slack is the pace at which it can get overwhelming. There are too many channels, too much notification, and all at once it seems more difficult to focus than ever. The software quality has really gone downhill, like problems like links from chats (not to slack.com) terminating in errors on slack.com and not going where they're supposed to. Their support team is unresponsive and doesn't seem to care about fixing problems—they just close tickets without resolution. This is the worst of all, the sales team is aggressive and manipulative, pushing for upgrades and then changing pricing models a few months after you upgrade so you only get a limited 20% capable version of the thing they sold you unless you upgrade again. They're more focused on competing with other platforms and expanding for more money rather than delivering the high-quality experience they used to. It's a nightmare and not the Slack I used to like.
