**What do you like best about SingleInterface?**

I've really enjoyed using Single Interface. The overall user experience is excellent – everything is smooth.
I also want to highlight the coordinating person – they are very understanding, supportive, and always happy to help. Their positive attitude and responsiveness have made the experience even better.

Nothing – overall, the experience has been very good. Everything works well, and I’m satisfied with the platform and support.

We haven’t faced any major problems. The coordinating person is excellent and always provides helpful solutions. For example, whether it’s listing-related issues or introducing new features, they make sure to give proper demos and support, which really helps us understand and use everything effectively

**What do you like best about SingleInterface?**

SingleInterface is a reliable platform to manage 2000+ locations on Google Business Profile. It helps us to standardise our listings and all the branding and communications (related to contact info, website, directions,etc) in a very easy and user friendly way. The platform has enabled us to also manage the periodic changes in the listings promptly, and the best part is that it automatically blocks any unauthorised listings trying to use our brand name. The team is very helpful, and proactively collaborates with us to iron out issues and also consult us on the best practices. Implementation was also easy with all our listings going live within a couple of weeks from the go-live date.

**What do you dislike about SingleInterface?**

So far it has been a positive experience. The dashboard is very intuitive but can be a bit overwhelming for a first timer, but with the proper handholding of SI team, it becomes clear.

**What problems is SingleInterface solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SI has helped create brand awareness for our organisation at a hyper local level. Since ours is a D2C utility service, having physical locations listed gives our customers more confidence in the brand when compared to competitors.

**What do you like best about SingleInterface?**

The solution to connect distant business at a common place. Amaze to see the solution on Hyperlocal where communication can be updated at a faster pace and for all locations. The promptness and service to respond and resolve a query is commendable. The best part is to update the client on new upcoming technology that can add value and beneficial for a larger audience.

**What do you dislike about SingleInterface?**

While we use Hyperlocal for many outlets/dealership, reports on each dealership which is customized and can be shared will be useful. The reports available is on overall basis which gives a consolidated picture. Rest all is managed well.

**What problems is SingleInterface solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple partners across India. We were finding it difficult to showcase our product customized for that partners, ongoing offers and also how people can reach to them where there are multiple stores for same product. With Single Interface, using Hyperlocal - now most of our partners are available and searchable over google, we can update ongoing offers on their site and also customize products. People searching for our products can easily find and connect them.

SingleInterface made things easier to use, and the implementation and integration processes went smoothly. Our stores now appear how they should, reviews are easier to manage, and their AI tool allows us to respond in a more personalized manner. The hyperlocal campaigns do not feel spammy, and they do connect. Instead of blasting generic messages, we're finally reaching out to folks at the correct time and place. Inventory updates across platforms are also a huge comfort.

I highly recommend SingleInterface. It saves time and helps each outlet feel more linked to its surroundings.

Things which can be improved:

The dashboard can feel overwhelming when pulling data across 100+ outlets.

Reports occasionally take longer to load, which needs to be fixed.

More flexibility in customizing campaign filters would be useful.

We’ve been using SingleInterface for hyperlocal SEO, and it’s honestly made managing multiple locations so much easier. The setup was straightforward, and the platform helps us keep all our local listings accurate and up to date without much manual work. What I really appreciate is how responsive our point of contact is, whenever something comes up, they’re quick to help out. When I first stumbled upon SingleInterface, I had one of those “oh, finally!” moments.
