**What do you like best about SingleInterface?**

I've really enjoyed using Single Interface. The overall user experience is excellent – everything is smooth.
I also want to highlight the coordinating person – they are very understanding, supportive, and always happy to help. Their positive attitude and responsiveness have made the experience even better.

**What do you dislike about SingleInterface?**

Nothing – overall, the experience has been very good. Everything works well, and I’m satisfied with the platform and support.

**What problems is SingleInterface solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We haven’t faced any major problems. The coordinating person is excellent and always provides helpful solutions. For example, whether it’s listing-related issues or introducing new features, they make sure to give proper demos and support, which really helps us understand and use everything effectively

**What do you like best about SingleInterface?**

SingleInterface is a reliable platform to manage 2000+ locations on Google Business Profile. It helps us to standardise our listings and all the branding and communications (related to contact info, website, directions,etc) in a very easy and user friendly way. The platform has enabled us to also manage the periodic changes in the listings promptly, and the best part is that it automatically blocks any unauthorised listings trying to use our brand name. The team is very helpful, and proactively collaborates with us to iron out issues and also consult us on the best practices. Implementation was also easy with all our listings going live within a couple of weeks from the go-live date.

**What do you dislike about SingleInterface?**

So far it has been a positive experience. The dashboard is very intuitive but can be a bit overwhelming for a first timer, but with the proper handholding of SI team, it becomes clear.

**What problems is SingleInterface solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SI has helped create brand awareness for our organisation at a hyper local level. Since ours is a D2C utility service, having physical locations listed gives our customers more confidence in the brand when compared to competitors.

**What do you like best about SingleInterface?**

The solution to connect distant business at a common place. Amaze to see the solution on Hyperlocal where communication can be updated at a faster pace and for all locations. The promptness and service to respond and resolve a query is commendable. The best part is to update the client on new upcoming technology that can add value and beneficial for a larger audience.

**What do you dislike about SingleInterface?**

While we use Hyperlocal for many outlets/dealership, reports on each dealership which is customized and can be shared will be useful. The reports available is on overall basis which gives a consolidated picture. Rest all is managed well.

**What problems is SingleInterface solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple partners across India. We were finding it difficult to showcase our product customized for that partners, ongoing offers and also how people can reach to them where there are multiple stores for same product. With Single Interface, using Hyperlocal - now most of our partners are available and searchable over google, we can update ongoing offers on their site and also customize products. People searching for our products can easily find and connect them.

So far, our experience has been very positive. The only area of improvement could be to enhance the dashboard with AI capabilities, insights and advanced analytics for quicker decision-making. Apart from that, the service quality has been excellent.

**What do you like best about SingleInterface?**

The best part about SingleInterface is its balance of ease of use and depth of features. Even with multiple functions like review management, call tracking, and listing updates, the dashboard feels easy to navigate. We use it frequently, and it has become an important part of our workflow. Integration was smooth, and the implementation process didn’t take much effort. Customer support is also excellent whenever we need assistance.

Overall, it integrates well with our workflows, but I feel the number of features could be streamlined. New users might find it slightly complex during the initial implementation, though the support team helps with onboarding.

**What do you like best about SingleInterface?**

SingleInterface made things easier to use, and the implementation and integration processes went smoothly. Our stores now appear how they should, reviews are easier to manage, and their AI tool allows us to respond in a more personalized manner. The hyperlocal campaigns do not feel spammy, and they do connect. Instead of blasting generic messages, we're finally reaching out to folks at the correct time and place. Inventory updates across platforms are also a huge comfort.

I highly recommend SingleInterface. It saves time and helps each outlet feel more linked to its surroundings.

**What do you dislike about SingleInterface?**

Things which can be improved:

The dashboard can feel overwhelming when pulling data across 100+ outlets.

Reports occasionally take longer to load, which needs to be fixed.

More flexibility in customizing campaign filters would be useful.

Managing multiple outlets used to feel overwhelming—keeping GMB listings updated, tracking reviews across platforms, running ads that actually connected locally, and making sure inventory information was accurate everywhere. Each task felt disconnected and manual.

How it benefits us:
SingleInterface brings everything together. Listings stay consistent across Google, Maps, and social platforms. Reviews are easier to monitor and respond to with empathy. Hyperlocal campaigns feel relevant and drive real foot traffic. Even inventory syncing has reduced customer frustration. Overall, it saves us hours of manual work, keeps our brand consistent, and makes each location feel truly connected to its neighborhood.

**What do you like best about SingleInterface?**

We’ve been using SingleInterface for hyperlocal SEO, and it’s honestly made managing multiple locations so much easier. The setup was straightforward, and the platform helps us keep all our local listings accurate and up to date without much manual work. Features like review tracking and engagement tools are super useful for staying on top of customer feedback. What I really appreciate is how responsive our point of contact is, whenever something comes up, they’re quick to help out. We’re using the platform almost daily to monitor performance and improve local visibility.

**What do you dislike about SingleInterface?**

There’s nothing major to dislike, but I feel the dashboard interface could be improved a bit to make navigation simpler and reports more visually clear. Other than that, my experience has been positive so far.

SingleInterface has helped us simplify hyperlocal SEO across multiple locations. Earlier it was difficult to keep local listings updated and track reviews from different platforms, but now everything is managed in one place. It also helps us improve visibility in local searches, monitor customer interactions, and track calls effectively. This saves time for our team and ensures that our locations are consistently discoverable online, which directly supports our marketing goals.

If I take a recent example, we were facing an issue with call lead tracking in our CRM. The SingleInterface team provided solutions at their end and also implemented the CRM API integration smoothly. Because of their support, we are now able to track all the data accurately within our system, which has made our process much more reliable.

**What do you like best about SingleInterface?**

What I like best is how easy it becomes to manage multiple locations and listings from one place. The interface is clean, and it saves me a lot of time that I would otherwise spend updating information manually. Their reporting and insights also give me a quick snapshot of performance, which really helps in making decisions faster.

**What do you dislike about SingleInterface?**

Sometimes the platform feels a little slow, especially when dealing with bulk updates. I also feel that the analytics could go deeper — for example, more detailed call or conversion tracking would make it even more valuable. Support is responsive, but occasionally it takes some follow-ups to get issues fully resolved.

I find SingleInterface incredibly valuable as it has significantly improved our Brand Store GMB locations and Microsite Maintenance. One of the standout features is the enhanced discoverability and the ability for complete GMB profile listings, which have improved our visibility by ensuring our category and brand search results consistently come up on top.
