What I have found to be most useful about simply.coach is having everything I need within the service. They have great video tutorials for any questions you have and if those don't meet your needs the customer service is highly responsive and friendly. It makes integrating my zoom account, payment accounts and creating tools for my clients to use super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like least about simply.coach is the way it handles date overrides in the availability schedule. When you add dates that differ from your usual availability, the list of changed dates isn't shown in chronological order. For example, if your standard availability is Wednesdays from 9am to 5pm, and you need to adjust your hours for Wednesday 10/1 to 12pm-5pm, that date appears in your "Date Overrides" list. If you then realize you also need to change your availability for Wednesday 9/17, and add that as well, the "Date Overrides" list will display 10/1 before 9/17, instead of listing them in order as 9/17 and then 10/1. While this might seem like a minor issue, it becomes inconvenient when you have several date overrides, as it makes it harder to quickly check which dates you've adjusted or to find a specific date you want to change. That said, this is not a deal breaker for me, since the overall benefits of the software far outweigh this small inconvenience.
