**What do you like best about Simply.Coach?**

I have been using Simply Coach for a little over six months now and I am starting to enjoy how all the features are designed to support my workflows so that I can spend the majority of time working with my clients instead of doing admin to manage my client list.

**What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?**

The downside of Simply coach is getting all of the forms set up and contracts rewritten in their format and connecting all of your external support programming.  However, once all of this is set up - the flow becomes easier

**What problems is Simply.Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was losing about 30 minutes per week on administration to resent booking links to my clients to book their next sessions and would have to send separate invoices because I couldn't figure out how to set up the programs with the library initially. Their service team have been instrumental in fixing these issues for me.

**What do you like best about Simply.Coach?**

Overall, the workflows feel intuitive, and it is easy to find the different sections. I would like to be able to do more backend work, especially given the number of migration exceptions we’ve had, though I understand this may be part of a cleaner system approach overall.

One area I found confusing is the distinction between Journeys and Programs; it feels like these could be consolidated into one section for greater clarity.

A downside for me is not having specific session outcomes trigger the payout tab, rather than relying on one specific rule. Having to keep sessions marked as scheduled is currently my biggest pain point.

I would also love the opportunity to sync email communications with clients into their profiles, so coaches have visibility, and engagement history isn’t lost.

I found the speed in the new version a little slower at times.

The onboarding experience has been great, the team is consistently open to communication, and every question I’ve had has been addressed.

 I don’t love the idea of receiving an AI response every time I send an email. I’d prefer AI guidance to be available through a specific help tool in the platform, rather than embedded into every email interaction.

I really find Simply.Coach's technical support outstanding. They respond promptly and clearly, and they stick with you until your challenges are resolved. I also like that they actively continue developing the package, so the interface and feature set continually improve. Plus, it's pretty easy to use, both for myself and for my clients.

**What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?**

They have not yet integrated AI and I'm excited to see what direction they might take with that in the future. It was a bit more complex than I anticipated, but their onboarding staff stuck with me and helped me figure out the best way forward. There's a lot of functionality that is available and trying to understand it all at the beginning is a bit overwhelming, but you truly don't need to. I'm a "techie" and still only make use of a portion of the available feature set because my coaching practice is pretty simple.

Simply.Coach provides a one-stop location that handles client scheduling, communication, reminders, goal & progress tracking, and onboarding surveys and forms. It also provides a secure platform to take both private and shared notes from sessions.

**What do you like best about Simply.Coach?**

What I have found to be most useful about simply.coach is having everything I need within the service. They have great video tutorials for any questions you have and if those don't meet your needs the customer service is highly responsive and friendly. It makes integrating my zoom account, payment accounts and creating tools for my clients to use super easy.

**What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?**

What I like least about simply.coach is the way it handles date overrides in the availability schedule. When you add dates that differ from your usual availability, the list of changed dates isn't shown in chronological order. For example, if your standard availability is Wednesdays from 9am to 5pm, and you need to adjust your hours for Wednesday 10/1 to 12pm-5pm, that date appears in your "Date Overrides" list. If you then realize you also need to change your availability for Wednesday 9/17, and add that as well, the "Date Overrides" list will display 10/1 before 9/17, instead of listing them in order as 9/17 and then 10/1. While this might seem like a minor issue, it becomes inconvenient when you have several date overrides, as it makes it harder to quickly check which dates you've adjusted or to find a specific date you want to change. That said, this is not a deal breaker for me, since the overall benefits of the software far outweigh this small inconvenience. I also believe that after reading this feedback, the team will likely work on a solution.

Simply.Coach has essentially given me a landing page for my business, which has been incredibly helpful. It means I haven't needed to rush into creating a full website right away, allowing me to concentrate on my practice while gradually building out my website and social media presence. With the user level I purchased, I also benefit from branded emails and  branded client interface. As someone who has just started my business, this has been a valuable asset, helping me present a streamlined and professional image quickly. Additionally, it has enabled me to design custom programs for my clients.

What I appreciate most about Simply.Coach is how clearly it’s been designed by people who understand coaching as a business, not just as a conversation.

The platform strikes a rare balance between structure and flexibility. It gives you a clean, professional framework (client journeys, session tracking, goals, notes, privacy) without over-engineering the coach–client relationship. No unnecessary bells and whistles. Just what actually creates value.

From a business perspective, it’s a real operating system for coaching: it helps me standardise my processes, stay compliant, and scale my practice—while still allowing deep, human, high-touch work with clients.

Finally—and this matters more than it should—the UX is intuitive and calm. It doesn’t fight you. It supports you. Which, frankly, is exactly what a good coach does too.

**What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?**

The French version lacks polish and consistency. Some translations feel approximate or incomplete, which can create friction and reduce confidence—particularly when working with French-speaking clients or corporate environments where wording and professionalism really matter.

In addition, while the platform is powerful, there is a learning curve on certain features. Some functionalities are not immediately intuitive and require time, exploration, or external guidance to fully understand how to use them effectively. This slows down onboarding, especially for busy coaches who want to get operational quickly.

In short: strong foundations and real depth—but the French localisation and feature discoverability still leave room for improvement if the goal is seamless adoption at scale.

Simply.Coach solves a core problem many coaches underestimate: turning coaching from a craft into a scalable, professional operating model—without losing the human depth of the work.

Concretely, it addresses three critical pain points:

Structure without rigidity
It centralises client journeys, goals, session notes, agreements, and progress tracking in one place. This eliminates scattered tools, manual follow-ups, and mental load. For me, it means sharper sessions, better continuity, and a much higher level of professionalism—especially with executive and corporate clients.

Business readiness & compliance
Simply.Coach embeds confidentiality, consent, and data protection into the workflow. That’s not a “nice to have” when working with organisations—it’s non-negotiable. It allows me to operate at enterprise level with peace of mind and credibility.

Scalability of a high-touch practice
As my coaching activity grows, the platform helps me standardise what should be standardised (process, tracking, documentation) while preserving what must remain bespoke (the coaching itself). The benefit is clear: I can scale my practice without diluting quality or burning cognitive energy on admin.

Bottom line: Simply.Coach doesn’t make coaching more complex—it removes friction so I can focus on impact, not infrastructure.

When I started using Simply Coach, I was honestly just hoping to save a bit of time. What I didn’t expect was how much smoother everything would feel once I had it set up. My sessions, goals, notes, and progress tracking all lives in one portal so I do not have to spend my time from here to there and losing myself everywhere because I am overwhelmed. I no longer have to bookmark tabs and try to remember where I saved stuff.

If I am completely honest, Simply Coach has helped me the most in getting my work life in order. Now everything’s organized and easy to track, which takes a huge weight off my mind. Structure is finally built into how I work every day.

Whenever I get stuck on the setting up and operating process, I can always find either an immediate answer from the "help" section or a fully comprehensive answer from a human
There is a genuinely caring and helpful support team who cannot do enough to help users to improve their experience. I appreciate this 🙏

It takes time and effort to fully populate all of the areas of the Simply Coach back office system and build it up .... but only a magic wand can take that away and I haven't got one of those.

It is both highly customizable but stable and consistent. It's a hard balance to strike, and the SC team does an amazing job of listening to their customers to identify needs and requirements but then thoughtfully building the product to be scalable into the future.

I like how straightforward and easy Simply.Coach is to use. The platform has a pricing structure that doesn't try to nickel and dime you, which I appreciate. Everything works well on the platform, including the ability to create a business profile that can be shared digitally. Setting it up was very easy.

One of the things that could be improved is the response time from the help desk. I think people who need same-day resolution would appreciate something faster.

I am a huge fan of the way Simply.Coach enables me to structure everything from specifying goals, creating actions with deadlines and sharing session notes on "shared space" after sessions.

The progress check in function gives a very valuable overview over my clients perspective on their journey and is a great accountability partner to get notified when it´s time for their "progress checkin".

The service and seriousness of the customer success team is awesome. 
prompt replies on questions on chat!

And actually developed real upgraded functionality in the "client communication area" inside the platform, based on my constructive feedback. they held me updated trough the process from feedback, internal discussions, putting it into the pipeline and actually developed the functionality i asked for. 

You don´t find this everywhere.

I can´t say there are downsides with using Simply.Coach
I have requested the development of a "Coaching Wheel Tool" for client self evaluation and self awareness. This I am waiting for - but besides that the platform is really great.

Simply.Coach helps me structure my coaching engagements across multiple clients. from 1:1 engagments to organizations and teams. 
This structure really helps me stay close to each coachee, with a clear overview of goals, actions, history, progress and communication with each client.

Simply Coach has transformed the way I run my coaching business. As an executive coach working with senior leaders and teams across multiple countries, I need a platform that is professional, intuitive, and client-friendly — and Simply Coach delivers on all fronts.
Great integration with Zapier, which allows some integration with Notion.

**What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?**

It is somehow difficult to start using it, but with the help of their great customer care team, it became easier. 
The French translations are still to be refined though ;)

Simply Coach solves three major challenges I had in my coaching practice:

Too much time lost on admin – Before Simply Coach, I was juggling multiple tools for scheduling, note-taking, goal tracking, and resource sharing. Now it’s all centralized in one platform, which has freed up hours each week to focus on my clients instead of my inbox.

Keeping clients engaged between sessions – The coaching journey templates, progress tracking, and shared resources mean my clients stay committed and accountable even between our meetings. This has boosted follow-through and the overall impact of my coaching.

Professional client experience – Everything from onboarding to session notes is beautifully structured and easy for my clients to use. It reinforces my credibility as a coach and makes the experience seamless for them.

The platform has a lot to offer. I really liked the templates and timelines with built in follow-ups. I liked the all-in-one platform, the client communication aspects, and the notetaking. For beginning coaches, it is SUPER affordable. It really is a one-stop shop, and overall, it is a fantastic program.

Branding and customization is only available in the top-tier subscription.

The UI/UX can be clunky. They've released a new version that's much better! I also wish they had a better org analytics tool so we can have a business intelligence dashboard.

**What do you like best about Simply.Coach?**

I have tried multiple platforms, and this truly is the best experience I have had for a completely customized consulting system for my team and our clients. The support team is amazing and even the AI Live Support is one of the best I have experienced in years.

I do wish the calendar and integration functions at the team level were all located in the White Label domain, but it is a small price to pay for such a powerful program. Everything else seems to work for the team to login to the white label domain after the initial setup.

**What problems is Simply.Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I actually use it as a Fractional Executive and Fractional Executive Agency. It is the ONLY solution I have found so far that keeps everything from being a manual process across multiple apps for that function. I am able to build all of the functionality right inside Simply.Coach

Simply Coach has incredibly easy to implement and has allowed me to integrate my forms and questionnaires, assigned client tasks and track progress on specific goals. It helped to keep me and my clients accountable to what we're trying to accomplish. The support team has been first class and highly responsive. I would and have recommended Simply Coach to anyone.

I'm not really crazy about the cohort options. Perhaps I don't fully understand it. But I'd like to do is be able to assign different tasks to different people working for one organization without having to go through building the cohort.

It allows me to create specific goals, agreed-upon by my clients and then allows for them to track the progress of those goals as we go along. This helps to remind them how much we really accomplished and how valuable coaching has been for them.

Simply.coach helps me and my clients get more focused, structured & organized. The goals & actions sections help particularly on this front. Else there was a tendency for conversations to meander a bit aimlessly. 

The ability to include attachments as part of session notes is particularly useful since I’m able to share valuable client specific content regularly with them all in one place. This I feel gives the client a nice consolidated view of all the valuable material I have provided them. 

I also think that using a coaching tool like Simply.coach gives my coaching services a more professional touch from a client perspective. 

I like the integrated scheduling with Google’s calendar & session reminders are also particularly helpful.

I also felt the rates were extremely reasonable & affordable: particularly the annual plans.

Tool tips for all icons might be useful. How to contact / get support was not immediately clear directly from website home page (though it was clear in the welcome email)

After years of being in the coaching industry and either using for my own business or working with clients in there business, I've seen them all. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. When I came to Simply.Coach I was drained of software that either was dated, limited, and didn't allow me to support my clients at the level I'd like. Being a solo practitioner it is key to providing white glove service without the feel of automation. I am saving HOURS and DOLLARS on support staff with Simply. Coach. Being able to invest where it makes the most sense and not on the mundane aspects of my business has been a blessing on so many levels. Oh! And Customer Support - is NEXT LEVEL!!!

I don't have anything really negative to say but I do wish for the following features that would make Simply.Coach a game changer: (1) Font formatting: changing colors, centering text, etc.;  and (2) A built in video feature option as well as already having Zoom.

Being able to focus my virtual assistant on revenue generating tasks rather than mundane tasks - Simply.Coach has taken so much of that off my plate and hers. I love that I can have hands on communication and support for my 1:1 clients during their moment of need through the private messaging and the private chat. The Private Journal for myself as well as my client's having their own private journal allows for completely safe space.

Simply Coach offers the best customer service I’ve ever experienced on a coaching platform. They responded quickly and prioritized a personal approach by hopping on a call during onboarding, rather than simply sending links and leaving you to figure it out on your own. I’m also a big fan of their resources. While I have plenty of my own, I’ve never come across a platform offering such high-quality, professional materials. It’s an excellent tool for seasoned coaches looking to refresh their forms or client homework, and absolutely invaluable for coaches just starting out.

My business model has evolved, and I now require solutions that meet different needs. However, if I had continued with my traditional coaching model, I would have stayed with them. The ease of use of the website for a new coach AND the customer service has been excellent. The platform was very user friendly but having a demo with a live person right from the start was a wonderful experience. There are so many great templates and features to try. I also see they are updating templates, listening to customer feedback and upgrading features, so I can see they will continue to grow as i grow.

At the moment, I don't have hardly anything to dislike. I am just getting started with my coaching practice and the platform does more than I need at this point. The number one selling point for Simply.Coach is that it integrates my whole lifecycle with clients. From contracting to scheduling, goal tracking, and HR reporting, it can all be done within the system. A close second is the excellent customer service. The speed with which they respond and their attentiveness during the onboarding process is something I have never experienced before.

There is nothing that I dislike about Simply.Coach. If you want to use all the features the program offers, set up will take some time but it is totally worth it.

I was looking for a software solution with specific criteria for my Coaching business. I needed something that would assist with scaling my business and helping keep track of actions, goals, bookings in one place while still allowing me to use my own accounting software and having the ability to change the currency to my local ZAR.

Simply.Coach gave me all this as well as easy to use set up and demo call to help onboard me. The software also introduced me to some functionalities I hadn't thought about before. I'm able to keep track of 1-1 Sessions as well as team sessions seperately as well as send actions to both individuals and teams simutaniously. My client notes and actions sit under the client and I can even create actions for myself. The Library where I can share resources is easy to set up and saves so much time looking for things once its set up.

Simply.Coach have allowed me to scale my business in realtime without delays as I was able to do everything I needed to myself with the intuitive set up and the useful tutorial videos. I needed to tweak some of my workflows but it was easy to integrate.

Where I got stuck the Tech support and guidance have been amazing, even on Saturday's and considering the time difference.

I use Simply.Coach every day and it has definately allowed me to elivate my coaching process where I spent much less time keeping track of things and have streamlined my workflow to the next level.

I have a Mac Ecosystem so moving over from ICal to Google Calendar has been a bit hair raising but definately worth the shift to have the other Simply.Coach functionalities.

I needed a client management system and Simply.Coach is super powerful. I use it every single day. I love being able to capture custom data specific to my practice. And the analytics feature is immensely helpful. Finally, I like that it has an integrated app for the smart phone that is comprehensive and responsive. 

The customer support is amazing. The team is really responsive and polite even though I felt like I asked many questions. The help articles and videos are comprehensive, too!

The system has many features already, but I can think of a few more conveniences. One would be to be able to configure the details of how it notifies me (time period, method). Another would be to save queries from the analytics into reports that I can re-run at any time.

I keep all of my practice data together in one place that is safe and secure. I used to have many tabs/windows open and had a hard time finding contracts or spreadsheets for various functions. Now, everything I need is in one window.

**What do you like best about Simply.Coach?**

I like that it's very seamless in terms of client bookings. It sends out a ZOOM link automatically upon them booking. It reminds me each day if I have appointments and then reminds me to record my client notes. I like being able to share action steps with clients and the resource library feature is a nice add as well.

**What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?**

I would like to better control the branding colours - while it does change some of the colours, there are still notifcations, buttons, etc which are not in my colours.

I would also appreciate the ability to send out messages to more than one client at once.

It helps bring multiple tools into one.

The ability to build programs and journeys aligned with the porpoise and vision of my practice is something I value about Simply.Coach. It can be a bit intimidating at first. But once you understand the logic of the platform, everything falls into place perfectly.

After almost 25 years of having my coaching practice I decided it was time to automate my client tracking and scheduling.  SimplyCoach has been extremely helpful in streamlining my admin practices, staying connected to my clients, enhancing accountability and tracking commitments.  The team at SimplyCoach makes this a very personal experience.  They want you to succeed at using their system and they continue to enhance the product and are very open to your feedback.

**What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?**

Like any system you have to get use to navigating the different screens and learning the capabilities.  Some things were less intuitive at the start, but they have continued to take in my feedback and make some nice changes along the way.

**What do you like best about Simply.Coach?**

Number of features and customer support are the two things that standout for us. The ability to see all our coaches sessions in one place and be able to give coachees a place to track their goals and also share information with each other makes life easier for our coaches and us. The customer support is one of the best I have experienced from a developer. They listen to our concerns and have implemented a large number of our requests/recommendations for improvement over the time. They are also prompt with replies to questions which is fantastic.

The quick links on the dashboard is more frustrating than useful as it takes up ease of viewing space.

**What do you like best about Simply.Coach?**

I was looking for a platform to organize my coaching and therapy processes with my clients, having everything related to the process in the same place. The part that I was looking for the most was having the posibility to share documents, exercises, videos, readings, practises with my client and I found it in the library.

The support is excelent, always attending my questions and open for suggestions every time I talk to them

**What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?**

Invoicing is not so helpful as the platform I was using before, but as I do not manage a high quantity of invoices is not a problem for me.

The organization of the process now is very easy and having the library I share easily my resources with my clients. I am benefiting saving time and effort and avoiding mistakes.
