What do you like best about Simply.Coach?

When I started using Simply Coach, I was honestly just hoping to save a bit of time. What I didn’t expect was how much smoother everything would feel once I had it set up. My sessions, goals, notes, and progress tracking all lives in one portal so I do not have to spend my time from here to there and losing myself everywhere because I am overwhelmed. What do you like best about Simply.Coach?

I am a huge fan of the way Simply.Coach enables me to structure everything from specifying goals, creating actions with deadlines and sharing session notes on "shared space" after sessions.

The progress check in function gives a very valuable overview over my clients perspective on their journey and is a great accountability partner to get notified when it´s time for their "progress checkin".

The service and seriousness of the customer success team is awesome.

And actually developed real upgraded functionality in the "client communication area" inside the platform, based on my constructive feedback. they held me updated trough the process from feedback, internal discussions, putting it into the pipeline and actually developed the functionality i asked for.

You don´t find this everywhere.

I can´t say there are downsides with using Simply.Coach

What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?

What we dislike isn’t really a major issue, but based on our experience and the feedback we’ve received from our clients, some users find the dashboard not as user-friendly as it could be. We believe a bit of improvement in its usability and navigation would enhance the overall experience. What do you like best about Simply.Coach?

Simply Coach has transformed the way I run my coaching business. As an executive coach working with senior leaders and teams across multiple countries, I need a platform that is professional, intuitive, and client-friendly — and Simply Coach delivers on all fronts.

It is somehow difficult to start using it, but with the help of their great customer care team, it became easier.

I have tried multiple platforms, and this truly is the best experience I have had for a completely customized consulting system for my team and our clients. What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?

I do wish the calendar and integration functions at the team level were all located in the White Label domain, but it is a small price to pay for such a powerful program. What do you like best about Simply.Coach?

Simply.coach helps me and my clients get more focused, structured & organized. The goals & actions sections help particularly on this front. Else there was a tendency for conversations to meander a bit aimlessly.

The ability to include attachments as part of session notes is particularly useful since I’m able to share valuable client specific content regularly with them all in one place. This I feel gives the client a nice consolidated view of all the valuable material I have provided them.

I also think that using a coaching tool like Simply.coach gives my coaching services a more professional touch from a client perspective.

I like the integrated scheduling with Google’s calendar & session reminders are also particularly helpful.

I also felt the rates were extremely reasonable & affordable: particularly the annual plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One area that could be improved is the filtering system. While it works, finding specific data- such as session history, coaches specific meetings, or -closed engagements can take extra clicks. What do you like best about Simply.Coach?

After years of being in the coaching industry and either using for my own business or working with clients in there business, I've seen them all. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. When I came to Simply.Coach I was drained of software that either was dated, limited, and didn't allow me to support my clients at the level I'd like. Being a solo practitioner it is key to providing white glove service without the feel of automation. I am saving HOURS and DOLLARS on support staff with Simply. Coach. Being able to invest where it makes the most sense and not on the mundane aspects of my business has been a blessing on so many levels. Oh! And Customer Support - is NEXT LEVEL!!! I don't have anything really negative to say but I do wish for the following features that would make Simply.Coach a game changer: (1) Font formatting: changing colors, centering text, etc.; and (2) A built in video feature option as well as already having Zoom. Agent walked me through the platform and answered all of my questions. Agent continues to email me and offer support where needed which makes me feel like I'm not just going at everything alone. I feel confident using this platform. It's very user friendly. I can integrate it into my website easily. I anticipate using it frequently. I will implement it immediately.
