What do you like best about Appointlet?

Appointlet makes it easy for our prospects to book demos, and for our customers to book training sessions. It saves us time and it integrates with the apps we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appointlet?

It often takes hours to receive a response from the Support Team to questions I have. It would be nice if customers were given the ability to add recipients to the invites at the time of the booking like they can with Calendly, and for us to be able to add multiple recipients to receive notification emails for certain bookings without adding them to receive all of them. What do you like best about Appointlet?

Appointlet simplifies all of my appointment scheduling. It talks to my Google Calendar, Zapier, and Zoom. Appointlet quickly eliminated hours of weekly work in my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appointlet?

I would love the ability to add a group to an appointment without adding everyone individually. I do a lot of group coaching calls and being able to add all my clients in one and a copy/paste would be incredible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appointlet?

It is the best solution for the automated scheduling of excellent meetings to be able to concentrate on all our work from a single place, Appointlet works as a very easy platform to book meetings with our clients, it provides us with a calendar where our clients as much as we can observe what are the schedules that we have available, this helps to manage time, increases our workflow and reduces absences, this is because it provides us with reminders automatically, where software handles all meetings or scheduled requests so that your work is much easier. What do you dislike about Appointlet?

It really is a platform that works excellently for all organizations that seek not only to make reservations online but also to manage the entire workflow and the hours dedicated to our work, it helps us eliminate manual work for a more automated one, configure the schedules and allows us to synchronize the calendar to see all the reservations and the availability of our working hours, it allows us to be able to share our link so that each client can see what days and times are available and thus be able to schedule their meeting. What do you like best about Appointlet?

I like the ability to schedule my availability for the week, including different hours for each day. Appointlet compares my availability hours calendar conflicts, then offers customers appointment times for phone calls. It is a winning situation for customers and me. What do you like best about Appointlet?

I really like this program. It is very easy to use and can do a ton of stuff. I like that you can set it up to send an invite when you place the item on the calendar and then you can set it to send a reminder. For the campaign I use this for we have it send a reminder with the call in instructions right when we place it on calendar, then it sends a reminder the day prior and then again 1 hour prior to the appointment. What do you dislike about Appointlet?

Well I dont think you really need as many types of meetings, such as 10 min follow up 30 min call, 30 min web, etc. But some people might think that is a good thing. I say keep it simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appointlet?

I love that it integrates with my outlook calendar and I find so much values in that with my schedule. I also love that I can add other people within the company that provide services. What do you dislike about Appointlet?

I really dislike that it doesn't even allow clients to book their appointment. It gets stuck on the 'book appointment screen' and there hasn't been a solution with my ticket to fix this error. I actually lost a booking because of the frustration of a client that could not get it to work. I feel disappointed because I thought I found my business' magic scheduling answer. What do you like best about Appointlet?

Appointlet comes right out of the starting gate loaded with features that make it an instant threat to Calendly and Book Me Now. As a solopreneur I was intrigued by the wide variety of features available in their "free" version, which allows me to experiment with the full range of options before scaling up to widespread use as my business grows. Their design is easy to navigate and configure. Appointlet has already become an integral part of my CRM app suite and I'm confident it will remain one for years to come. 1. Saves me tons of time and sets everything up ahead of a meeting.

2. That it syncs with my calendar and only shows when I am available.

1. When working internationally I sometimes find that clients forget to change the timezone setting and therefore get the time mixed up. Perhaps make this selection more obvious.
