Having a client portal that emails and updates the client each time we meet keeps us on the same page and allows for tracking of progress. The software is intuitive and easy to use and understand. The only thing that I would change at this point is a customizable dashboard to be able to see what I want to see from the very first moment. The biggest item I would change is the size of what I can see. As a business owner, it helps me productize and scale my offerings so that clients can continue working within a structure of success even after their regular coaching engagements have ended. As a side but equally important note, the founders and team are highly responsive to their client's feedback. You're always making tradeoffs when you work with off-the-shelf vs custom-built software. But after trying out about 5 or 6 coaching management and LMS platforms, Simply.Coach has been the best, bug-free and most responsive platform development team to work with thus far. **What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?** Simply.Coach has an incredible development team that releases bug-free software with timely updates. But there are improvements to be made in the user experience. It's very important to me when I'm introducing technology to my clients that they have a seamless experience. With that, I spend a lot of time thinking through and designing their experience. With Simply.Coach, you can't preview the journey templates as you build them. You have to build the experience, activate it and then associate it with a test client to see what the client sees. But once you've done that, the journey template is no longer editable. It makes the start-up learning curve steeper than it needs to be. But once you understand how things display to the client, you can alter your design accordingly and reduce your build-out time. Update: March 1, 2023 The team has released an update to this feature that now allows you to: 1. edit Journey templates after they've been associated with a client engagement where the original is preserved for existing clients and new clients get the updates, and 2. Sometimes, the new features added might have some limitations but their team is quick to respond and fix them when notified. Each time we decide to purchase some additional software, we see an announcement that the capability we're after is being added to Simply Coach. This has happened multiple times so far, we wanted to get an SMS system to send session reminders via text and Simply Coach added this feature as an out of the box functionality. We wanted to get a system to do contracts and invoices and simply coach has recently added that feature too. The only other software you will need is Microsoft 365 for email, calendar and meetings and Simply coach integrates with it seamlessly. For everything else, there's simply coach. If you use Google or Zoom instead of Microsoft 365, Simply coach integrates with those apps too. ### 23.
