It gives you a clean, professional framework (client journeys, session tracking, goals, notes, privacy) without over-engineering the coach–client relationship. No unnecessary bells and whistles. Just what actually creates value. From a business perspective, it’s a real operating system for coaching: it helps me standardise my processes, stay compliant, and scale my practice—while still allowing deep, human, high-touch work with clients.
