Even though we updated the most recent customer RFPs in the Documents section, it still isn’t using the responses from the latest sheets and is instead pulling responses from our older sheets. After each call, SiftHub sends me an executive snapshot, follow up and recommended collateral to send to the customer. We build a path to value deck for customers to outline their current state, requirements, ideal state, etc before and during POVs. SiftHub automatically pulls information from Gong and helps me fill in my googles slide deck saving me hours of time.

There are other use cases that our team uses SiftHub for, like automating RFP responses which is extremely valuable.

SiftHub makes it much easier and faster to work on RFPs. The search is accurate, and it quickly pulls up past answers, documents, and details we need without wasting time. Sometimes the content it suggests is not fully aligned with what we need, especially for industry-specific or customer-specific requirements. A few answers feel generic and need manual tweaking. At times, the platform doesn’t pick up the exact nuance of certain questions, so we still have to rewrite or reframe parts of the response. It has significantly enhanced our RFP responses quite efficiency by reducing manual effort and improving accuracy. As our RFP process relies heavily on manual content searching, document referencing, repeated responses, and cross-team coordination - which increases turnaround time and introduces inconsistencies.

The biggest advantage of SiftHub is the time it saves during RFPs and security questionnaires. The autofill feature is accurate for most cases, and the centralized search makes it easy to pull content without jumping between multiple tools. At times, the exported documents lose formatting, especially when working with tables or branded templates. I’d also like clearer source transparency so it’s easy to see exactly where the AI pulled information from. While it works well for standard RFPs, very complex questionnaires sometimes need manual adjustment. These are not blockers, but improvements here would make the product even stronger. What I appreciate most about Sifthub is how quickly it responds to 200-300 or more questions. I also value the reminder notifications it sends to all stakeholders regarding the due dates for RFPs. I really appreciate how seamlessly SiftHub integrates, SiftHub has proven to be a highly dependable platform for managing integrations across multiple enterprise applications such as Confluence, GitHub, Bitbucket, Slack, and Jira. What stands out most is the depth and quality of SiftHub’s technical documentation. Each integration guide is thoroughly researched, clearly structured, and provides comprehensive coverage of configuration steps, prerequisites, and troubleshooting procedures. This level of documentation significantly reduces deployment time and minimizes dependency on external support.

While SiftHub is overall an excellent platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some integrations could benefit from faster sync times when large repositories or workspaces are connected. As with any AI, there are inherent limitations. If the backend database is even slightly inaccurate, the AI will not be able to distinguish this and will respond based on that flawed context.
