What do you like best about Sharkdom?

What do you like best about Sharkdom?

We started using Sharkdom for managing few of our partners that we had but have been using it more for tracking and training our partners as our solution is complex and faced issue having our partners on same page with respect to updates but was easy to implemented via their support. What do you like best about Sharkdom?

Sharkdom made our work of syncing our partners much easier and smoother like never before ans was very easy and d fast to implement their Learning Management system so now we just need to check the metrics to ensure which of our current partners have seen which of our collateral resources. What do you like best about Sharkdom?

It was quite chaotic for us with 7 member partnership team to be in sync. Sharkdom made our daily meets and visibility of activity much easier and as VP of Partnerships, made my task easy to assign partners to PAM's and We can decide which partners to invest more resources. What do you like best about Sharkdom?

We use sharkdom to keep track of our channel partners activities and journey. Via sharkdom our PAM's can emphasis on specific partners that are driving us more revenue since we have partnership team of only 9 people, it is important for us to be in sync with our steady partners. What do you dislike about Sharkdom?

It takes around 12 hours for a permission/role to be updated in sharkdom which sometimes is frustrating but can understand that their must be some internal validation for roles but having it spontaneous would have been nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sharkdom?

I really appreciate Sharkdom for its easy-to-navigate viewport and the quick start guide that helps me get through the platform smoothly. I find the team access permissions feature very useful since it allows me to assign my team members visibility on specific metrics they need. Sharkdom also simplifies my workflows because other PRM platforms often impose new processes that take time to adapt to, while with Sharkdom, it only took a couple of times checking their documentation to get accustomed to it. What do you dislike about Sharkdom?

I sometimes have to log in multiple times because the session expires very soon, and there should be two-factor authentication. It doesn't have any bad effect but sometimes having to log in again could be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sharkdom?

I definitely like how I can control which of my team members have access to partner details in Sharkdom. It's really easy to manage partnership enquiries and market our partner program in its marketplace. Since listing our partner program in Sharkdom's marketplace, we've been receiving more enquiries. The role assignment feature is also great as we can restrict roles to view certain partner information and hide columns based on these roles, which makes sure only relevant information is shared with the team concerning deal ticket sizes. What do you dislike about Sharkdom?

I think having a payout option and connecting banks would make our payment tracking with respect to resellers easier. Also, it took my team a few days to get used to the platform, even though I found it easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sharkdom?

I like how Sharkdom helps us manage our existing partners and generate sourced revenue reports and projections. It's great for sorting lead sources from our partners, which is very helpful given the size of our team. I also appreciate the report generation and the syncing feature that integrates with our CRM on a weekly basis, keeping our sales team informed about opportunities or leads from our co-selling or re-selling partners. Sharkdom made managing our partner journey quite easy. We can ensue that the partners which are giving us most outcomes, gets treated right way with MDF allocation, and those with more potential with more intent alignment. What do you dislike about Sharkdom?

I find the lack of detailed graphical representation in reports a bit inconvenient. While the data is presented in percentages, having graphs similar to Power BI would enhance clarity, especially for quarterly forecasts. This would significantly aid my team in understanding performance trends over previous months or years. Additionally, the user interface could use some improvement.
