What do you like best about ServiceNow AI Agents?

I like everything I've seen. Moments ago in the Expo I walked through creating a and AI Agent that will check an employee's Leave Eligibility. It took less than one minute. It will check eligibility based on data in UKG, go through a policy review to ensure compliance and a final review by an Employee Relations Manager. What do you dislike about ServiceNow AI Agents?
