What do you like best about ServiceNow AI Agents?

While working as SRE, I have used ServiceNow AI Agents for on-call incident management. It quickly routed alerts to the right teams and automate the notifications that make it easy to respond faster also it reduces the risk of missing critical alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow AI Agents?

On the other hand, sometimes automated alerts didn't have enough detail so in that case we need to check logs manually also we need to setting up some of the custom rules that took time also some of advance features requires extra licensing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
