Just one thing, I can sign all the documents with Adobe Acrobat. But for most of them it works just fine. **What problems is Adobe Acrobat Sign API solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have to physically be present to sign the agreements nor I have to wait for the other party to Retrieve signed documents. I use it for: 1. Build reusable library documents 2. Batch send documents in bulk 3. Send reminders 4. Archive signed documents ### 2. For that purpose alone i can comment that this api work just fine. It was easy to understand and implement. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign API?** Okay so the thing i did not like about the Adobe Sign API was that there were not many youtube tutorials either by the company itself or any third party that were available for me to understand the API better from. **What problems is Adobe Acrobat Sign API solving and how is that benefiting you?** A couple of problems that this api was solving for us included obtaining esign from the end user on the contracts and other kyc documents and payment plans. Including the option of cosigining like when more than one perosn had to sign a document. Also, the feature having an audit trail of the document is the most helpful one to inspect when what happened with the document and to check if the requisite signatory signed the document within the specified date or not. ### 3. To my surprise it has features which also enabled us to keep track of the signed documentes and most importanly who gets to sign them. So these were the things i liked best about Adobe's Sign API. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign API?** The cost is pretty high, i found the UI to be a bit tricky to work around and most importantly, the customer support was a bit delayed on email responses. **What problems is Adobe Acrobat Sign API solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I wrote in the things i liked, i was developing a construction management SaaS platform fow which integration of Adobe Acrobat Sign API was needed to allow users to send documents to be signed, like the vendor to get a sign request to sign vendor contract form and the vendor to send the client a change order to get the clients sign. ### 4. The API for integration (into our in-house tool) is full-featured with rich functionality and was truly a pleasure to work with. **What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign API?** Some of the administrative options and functionality appears quite buried in various screens and menus. The ability to manage sub-groups under a parent organization and move users between groups is not intuitive. And there does not seem to be a way for one individual in a group to easily see/share document status with all others automatically - it requires each user to submit a "Sharing" request to other users. **What problems is Adobe Acrobat Sign API solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our time to contract execution has gone from days to hours (or minutes, if we really push it), and the resulting contacts are clearly readable and fully electronic. All parties are able to see the status (who has signed, who has viewed, etc...) and reminders can easily be sent when a document is sitting in queue. Our management loves the ability to execute signatures from their mobile devices on the go or in meetings. ### 12.
