**What do you like best about Salesmsg?**

Calls, texts, mass texts, and the dialer, plus it works with my CRM (Pipedrive) and across my browser.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

So far so good, I wish powerdialer better integrated with Pipedrive.

**What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business texting is so much easier - the templates are a lifesaver.

**What do you like best about Salesmsg?**

I like that Salesmsg is overall userfriendly. I like that it gives me an easy and convenient way to follow up with quotes and clients. It has helped me increase my sales closing rate.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

I dislike that it is difficullt to send photos. It would be nice to mark a message as unread or be able to flag it/put a reminder to go back to that message when I have some time.

It is solving the problem of an easy way to communicate with potential clients and current clients.

Salesmsg makes it easy for our staff to take care of our customers with questions responses. Salesmsg also makes it easy by saving templates and sending personalized broadcasts.

At times, the notifications on the iPhone says there's an unread message when there's not one.

Getting to customers fast - they have quicker response times and act on it more than they do an email.

Salesmessage was easy to set up and seamlessly connects to our ActiveCampaign automations. Also love the ability to purchase new phone numbers.

The search function does not include all contacts.

The ability to interact with contacts via text. I can also respond via email and have it go through as SMS on the user's side. Being able to mass text is a huge benefit.

Salesmsg easily integrates into our HubSpot CRM

I was between account managers, so it took a little time to get the conversation going with my new account manager.  But, she is great and very responsive.

We are able to have one more way to reach our prospects, besides calls and emails.  This helps us close deals and move prospects through the funnel quicker.

The ease of use to add and connect the team. I am one of the admins for the company and getting new employees on is easy. Support response is always very timely as well, much appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

I'd love to have more connectivity and integration with Hubspot. Incoming texts appear in the activity feed however outgoing texts do not. Also reporting through Hubspot would be great. It may be more of HubSpot request but wanted to put that out there.

Quick communication with potential sales leads. A huge majority of pepole prefer to text vs email. Response rates are better.

There are 2 best features - UI to use as is without any tech knowledge and API. Customer support rocks too.

so far so good! Using international numbers would be a good add-on in the future.

quick back and forth with customers and notifications. Email has changed, so having text messaging is a game changer.

It's easy to send a text, it also shows the duration now of the text going through. Lets you know if it was sent. Separates Leads from sales reps. texts.

Sometimes when assigning a text, it takes awhile to show it's assigned to them.

Being more quick to text someone. Also being able to contact a lead through texting, when I can't reach them calling .

I love the AI function and would say it is one of the most helpful touls on the app. 
for work in combines all my contacts which is super helpful and from Hubspot I can contact people right into sales message. The app is easy to use and make work so much easier as I do sales.

It glitches between our locations and mixes up our leads sometimes. I wish it had only your contacts not everyones on the page because you have to go through them all and takes a lot of time. My notifications also never work.

Not having to give out any personal information such as my phone number but I am still abl to message clients from my phone. So I can answer texts from home and quickly.

I love that I can have pre-program text templates so anywhere I am I can send my consumer an applicable text with videos and links.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

Some things are clunky. I would like to be able to group text too.

Not having to use my personal number for work. Keeping all my work messaging in one place. Copy and pasting texts to multiple people efficiently. All numbers are stored and linked from Pipedrive so I am ready to contact consumers instantly!

I love how quickly I am able to connect with my clients via text. With everyone so connected to their phones these days and texting, it makes it easy and so efficient!

Only thing is when text of mine is unable to get through to the client. Which happens very seldom. And is more than likely because the device they are using doesn't allow it.

It would be helpful if, when an "uncoded" SMS (no name) is responded to, that Salesmsg has access to CRM database to automatically "code" (apply the name of the person) to the number.

it would be great to be able to integrate Salesmsg with our CRM in order to be able to add SMS/Texts to our autmoated campaigns.

We use salesmsg primarily to allow our sales team to set up broadcast campaigns to reach out to groups of clients and multiple referral partners at the same time.  We particularly like being able to set up the communications/broadcasts to go out in batches so as to ensure our team can remain responsive.

Salesmsg is most helpful for quick, easy startup of business to consumer texting. We were able to get our business landline as a text line and easily add contacts for broadcast messages. I also really like that Salesmsg is on the up and up when it comes to compliance with new regulations on B2C texting. They make it incredibly easy to learn about these updates and also comply with the laws and regulations.

I don't feel there are many downsides of using Salesmsg.

We run a plant nursery with several pick ups and deliveries each day. Before using text messages to communicate with our customers, we spent lots of time on the phone making short phone calls to confirm order details. Texting allows us to communicate with our customers at their own pace, with less interruption in their day. Salesmsg broadcasts also allow us to make quick announcements about products when there is time sensitive information that an email just won't deliver as quickly.
