Trust usually comes down to what happens once you're past the demo, during a real billing exception or a mid-contract catalogue change, and how fast support responds when something breaks. I've noticed that pattern show up in reviews too. One telecom reviewer using Agentforce Communications noted that MACD (move/add/change/disconnect) processes were meaningfully simplified compared to what they'd dealt with before, but also flagged that support response on tickets could lag at times. That mix of real workflow gains plus imperfect support turnaround seems to be exactly what shapes whether a team ends up trusting a platform or not.
