"THIS IS HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY "

What do you like best?

Template building - that's about it. And even that is horrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Where do I start. We purchased a "support package" through a third party that Salesforce recommended, that did absolutely nothing. Setup which should have taken ~ 1 month is still not complete and it's been 6. Nothing is easy, and honestly, nothing works!! If you have a degree in brain surgery, perhaps you can figure out this program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We seriously considered hiring someone with Salesforce Email Studio Background part-time just to assist us with the normal, day to day use - this took hours, and I mean HOURS of our time to do just the basics... and we still cannot get the automations and features to work the way we were told they would. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were hoping to use Marketing Cloud to synchronize all of our email sending in one place (we're currently using multiple different systems.) Because we couldn't get this to work, we are now still paying for multiple solutions, on top of this cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
