What do you like best about ResQ?

ResQ provides direct system integration for a restaurant to be able to easily communicate with suppliers on repair and maintenance requests. It allows owners to easily see the current status of repair orders and their expected return dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResQ?

ResQ does not currently have an offline mode, so when internet services go down there is no way to queue requests or use the system because it is a cloud application. This, however makes it easily flexible to use everywhere in the restaurant chains Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ResQ?

Having ResQ Services and teams available 24/7 allows ease of mind when equipment issues occur during late and overnight shifts without having to have expensive technicians on staff on constant standby Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResQ?

The full cloud-based integration system makes it susceptible to service outages such as the massive Rogers outage in July 2022 that spanned across Canada. This made necessary repairs and connections impossible to faciliate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
