What do you like best about Regie.ai?

The main thing I love about Regie.ai is the analytics I receive for my team. We have seen a significant increase in pipeline and activity since using Regie. This is my first time using ai to this extent and it has been an amazing experience thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Regie.ai?

I know Regie is still new and constantly improving. However, if there was folders in the AI Agent tab, I believe this would help to improve the efficiency of searching for the agent I am trying to find. What do you like best about Regie.ai?

I use Regie.ai to significantly increase my outbound dialing capabilities, which helps me book meetings as an SDR and find new prospects easily. It adds valuable time back to my day by sourcing leads for me and enables me to call 10x more prospects daily, leading to more opportunities. I particularly appreciate that I can call up to 9 prospects at a time and have the ability to filter by time zone when making calls. This is especially helpful as I work a 6-2 schedule to align with customers in different time zones, allowing me to optimize my calling strategy throughout the day. Also, the dedicated team at Regie.ai made the initial setup process very easy and smooth, assisting us through every step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Regie.ai?

The AI voice could be improved to say a quick hello when prospects pick up to avoid awkward silence at the start of calls. There's also an issue with lead agents where there's no way to prevent leads from being reassigned to another agent after being finished in one, causing crossover. Creating a system where leads are removed from Regie completely after they are dispositioned out of one agent would help, possibly by utilizing the 'disqualified' Salesforce field. What do you like best about Regie.ai?

I like that Regie.ai helps take notes for my calls, which is super useful. The AI feature that takes notes is something I really appreciate. I also like the AI score feature, which gives me social proof and makes it easy for me to grade my future calls. What do you dislike about Regie.ai?

I do still get quite a few phone numbers and calls where it's the wrong person that Regie.ai picked up. During the sales floor meetings, we can't listen to calls together as a team. What do you like best about Regie.ai?

I really like the customizability and speed of Regie.ai. I've used other auto-dialers before, and they were significantly slower and felt clunky. Regie is smooth and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Regie.ai?

Cutover speed, it's that awkward gap between a prospect connecting and the agent talking. With all auto-dialers, this is the most difficult part. With other auto-dialers, the cutover is even longer. When I'm calling through these lists, I want to have the ability to mark numbers as correct or incorrect, so when I call them again, I know I'm whittling down the list of possible numbers to call. I find Regie.ai really easy to use, which helps me be more productive when dialing. It makes it easy to call multiple people at once and prioritize the ones that answer the phone.
