Unfortunately, the quality isn't there for a professional environment. I found the persona to be very poor and highly inaccurate. The AI consistently failed to grasp the nuance of a specific target audience, leading to messaging that felt completely obvious. Further, the writing style was too salesy, like drafts produced by a generic hyperbolic style that modern consumers have learned to ignore. In today's world, sending out emails that sound like they were written by a 1990s telemarketer is actually counterproductive and risks damaging our brand reputation. I like that Regie.ai helps take notes for my calls, which is super useful. The AI feature that takes notes is something I really appreciate. I also like the AI score feature, which gives me social proof and makes it easy for me to grade my future calls. What do you dislike about Regie.ai? I do still get quite a few phone numbers and calls where it's the wrong person that Regie.ai picked up.
