What do you like best about ReferralMD?

I appreciate this tool for coordinating and managing patient referrals; it has helped my organization increase the number of patients referred to us. In addition, ReferralMD assists me in identifying referral patterns, allowing me to assess the efficacy of my marketing campaigns. I also utilize ReferralMD to increase efficiency and decrease the duration of the referral procedure. ReferralMD significantly enhances the patient experience, and I've also observed increased referring physician satisfaction. What do you dislike about ReferralMD?

Staff mandatory training. To get the most out of ReferralMD, your staff must receive adequate training in its use. Therefore, your organization must invest in training and support to ensure its employees can effectively utilize the tool. It assists us in addressing various organizational concerns. The identification of referral patterns is one example.
