    "Great way to update our employees: I like that I am able to update the information needed by our employees as I get it. The program is very intuitive to use and take little time to learn. You do not need mad computer or HTLM skills to run the program. It is great to have customer service that actually wants to help you in a quick and efficient manner. We get great feed back from our employees on the ease to use and search. It is hard to even think about going back to the old way of doing business after being spoiled with this program. And again, the support side is always there, ready to jump in and fix what needs to be done, no questions asked. "

    "Great for small businesses: It gives me the basic support I need for my business. I can't be online 24/7 and in the event something comes up, my clients are able to at least to get basic support whether it be help downloading files or accessing galleries, especially around the holidays where its busier season and everyone is moving at a very fast pace. My clients have expressed they were impressed that they were still able to get ahold of someone at certain times even if it wasn't myself, which I believe gives me a bit of an edge over my local competition. Plus, if they aren't able to help there is a ticketing system and I am able to gain valuable insight into my clients needs to help drive my business. Its easy to use and I've learned its not always about doing it all yourself, being an owner means knowing when to utilize tools to help take care of some of the other tasks. "

Ours easily integrated with ZenDesk Help Center and quickly started providing a path to self service for our users. Its easy to use intuitive to manage and has excellent support.     "Magentrix is a superb, modern solution delivered by an awesome support organization: It's hard to define what I like best about Magentrix, because there's few business problems that Magentrix cannot effectively tackle, and the people at Magentrix really bend over backwards for customers. The application is sophisticated, user-friendly, mobile-friendly, and very modern. The Salesforce integration is flawless, and it's easy to work with all standard and custom objects in Salesforce.     "Saves your customer support team a tremendous amount of time and effort : Before we moved to SupportHero, our customers had to mail our support email (which we had tagged to a basic ticketing system). Often, we would get multiple queries for the same issue and this led to a lot of monotony (longer work days and lower job satisfaction) due to the mundane repeated nature of requests. After we adopted SupportHero, the embedded site widget gives site-visitors context-specific help by requiring a search of a knowledge base before they can lodge a ticket. Firstly, this leads to lesser tickets. Secondly, Support Hero gives you reports on key-words which were searched, so if you see a particular theme being repeated, you now have inputs to improve your knowledge base and making articles more clear. And finally, the fact that you now have a motivator to constantly keep improving your knowledge base itself is great. "

    "Beautiful Interface: the interface if the app is really nice, once you logged in you're taken to the dashboard with beautiful user experience, there are several options arranged neatly and it gives me a great sense to work with, unlike many other services. coming to the main topic which is creating the answer database there are several options to work with, the customization options within it are really nice, you can even embed tutorial videos from youtube to the answer with ease and overall the answer editor look similar to the post editor in WordPress. you can easily arrange the answers by different ways, you can add the answer to certain categories or add tags to it to make it easily visible to the audience. there are also options which lets you manage the accessibility to the answer whether its public or private that gives you a lot of control over the data. the support is another must mention pro with help juice, they have chat option available build in right in the dashboard from which you can contact the support in case you got stuck while working."

    "It gets the job done, but it's not my favorite tool: We used inQuira for many years before Oracle bought it. Our version is called Oracle Knowledge but it's the same tool. Oracle inQuira's interface is familiar to me, so I'm comfortable using it. It's fairly easy to figure out how to draft articles, submit for Editor review, and request localization. Version history is reliably maintained and it's easy to revert to previous versions. Everything is automated, which is nice. We used to have to do a lot of what we do in this tool manually."
