I've recently transitioned to HR Analytics—but analytics still apply, because a dataset is still a dataset! So, speaking about Praisidio from a data science and quantitative perspective: using it as a tool in my analytics has completely reworked the ease with which I manipulate data. The ease and time saved in quickly cleaning, filtering, modifying fields, correlating points, visualizing trends, and creating custom calculations have all exceeded expectations. Praisidio is solving several challenges for us, but the most immediate impact has been payroll reconciliation. Anyone responsible for payroll knows there's no room for error. Payroll accuracy is critical to maintaining employee trust and confidence. Praisidio helped us develop AI-powered reports that quickly identify inconsistencies, exceptions, and potential issues before payroll is finalized. What was once a time-consuming manual process now takes a fraction of the time, saving hours of work during every payroll cycle while increasing our confidence in the accuracy of the results. Beyond payroll, Praisidio has helped us transform HR data into meaningful insights. We've created dashboards and reports that allow me to quickly share workforce metrics and trends with our executive team, giving us better visibility and supporting more informed decision-making. One of the most valuable outcomes has been organizational charting. We were able to eliminate an entire vendor because Praisidio created a real-time organizational chart solution that is always current and significantly more useful than what was previously available to us. The customer support and onboarding have far exceeded anything I’ve experienced with any other product implementation. The integration with ADP Workforce Now was seamless, and any information or data that didn’t appear to be correct was promptly fixed. Running reports and analytics is a breeze, and we’ve been able to automate several reporting dashboard creations that were previously administratively tedious. In addition, we were given concepts to review to see whether they could help in our work to solve workplace challenges. One initiative, in particular, could result in tremendous cost savings, and it has our internal staff excited. This product is fairly priced and the ROI has been fantastic. We were given a product with seemingly endless possibilities, and it made us pause and ask ourselves what we really wanted to do with all this new data and analytics at our fingertips at a moment’s notice. That said, customer support truly took care of us. Any question or challenge was answered quickly, and we’ve had ongoing calls, pilots, and continuous feedback along the way. Our HR team supports a multi-location, multi-department organization, and our report generation has now been automated. We no longer need to manually provide new hire reports, open requisition reports, employee leave reports, employee change reports, or allocation reports. Instead, these reports are automatically generated and sent to the people who need the information. In addition, our HR dashboard has been automated, so we can click into and dissect the information within a single dashboard. We are also building a dashboard that will estimate employee wages and hours, then compare them against previous pay periods and fiscal years to help determine efficiency and staff utilization. We are studying lunch breaks as well to understand where we are managing employee hours effectively and where we need to improve. Another huge benefit has been the pre-payroll audit, which alerts our payroll specialist to any changes, anything that looks wrong in the system, or anything that requires special attention. Praisidio has made handling a large amount of data much easier, reducing the time taken to less than a minute with automated or one-click reports. I highly recommend this program to teams to save time, as the time savings cover the monthly cost. The platform allows us to run reports more efficiently, helping us manage staff and budgets better with payroll data. I appreciate how easy it is to run reports and the excellent customer service from the team. The system provides great data when you take the time to learn it, and the automation is even better when team assistance builds the reports needed. Implementation was a breeze and it complemented how our data sits in ADP. I really like the capabilities to draw insights from the data that has already been entered and stored in ADP without having to run reports. The possibilities for refinement are exceptional as well. I cannot say enough about the customer support; there is no one as customer-service oriented as Vahed. They used to wait until the start of a new year to see prior year insights or summaries, but now it provides "real-time" data insights. Additionally, we're able to ask questions about ADP data that we wouldn't have considered running reports for, which is amazing. We can finally use ADP data as needed.
