The platform offers a user-friendly and accessible panel, making operations smooth and efficient. Features like WhatsApp nudges within the chat window have been especially valuable in reducing communication costs, while the Insta and WhatsApp automation tools have streamlined our engagement across channels. The COD to prepaid conversion automation and the abandoned cart messaging and tracking solutions have further contributed to increasing conversion rates and recovering potentially lost sales.
