**What do you like best about Pitcher?**

What I think stands out the most is its mobile-first approach. Since it’s built to work seamlessly on phones and tablets, it makes it way easier for sales reps to access info, update records, and manage customer relationships even when they’re not at their desks. That kind of mobility is really key for businesses with field teams.

**What do you dislike about Pitcher?**

Pitcher software is powerful but can be overwhelming for new users due to its wide range of features. The learning curve can be steep, especially for those unfamiliar with sales management tools. While it’s great for larger teams with complex needs, smaller teams or businesses may find it overly complicated or expensive for their simpler processes. Additionally, because it covers everything from sales tracking to analytics, some users may feel they're paying for more features than they actually need. Overall, while it’s very effective, it’s not the most user-friendly tool for everyone, especially those just starting out.

**What do you like best about Pitcher?**

For admins I think is really nice and easy. No need to build "special" html presentations. Pitcher does all the magic.

The app is also user friendly , easy for users to share material and it's flexibility allow to integrate fully with SFDC and to retrieve and write every needed object.
In the post call form you can not only complete the event but simultaneusly you write in object objects like for instance Barriers

**What do you dislike about Pitcher?**

Should be more stable and have automatic updates and db reset. 
Happens a bit too often that is not properly refreshed and users need to force it, sometimes they need to also do logout and login again.
This shall not be the case.

**What problems is Pitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to share digital materials with customers and smothly complete activites

Pitcher has been a valued partner for several years. Pitcher has proven their flexibility and adaptability to demanding business changes. Great collaboration between customer support and our business team building enhancements that improve the sales rep experience.

While we are constantly improving this aspect, synchronization between Pitcher and Salesforce  has always been our largest source of issues.

**What do you like best about Pitcher?**

Due to its amazing interface adaptable design and superior customer service this application is a great choice for organisations of all sizes. Without knowing any code you can use it to make engaging presentations, interactive content and mobile applications. It streamlines and simplifies the procedure as a whole.

**What do you dislike about Pitcher?**

Updates are uploaded quite slowly and take a long time. Depending on how much marketing content is used, a lot of hard disc space is consumed. The upload of the marketing materials from our brand centre is quite awkward, at least in our situation.

**What problems is Pitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can completely control our marketing content thanks to the platforms ability to be adjusted to match our branding requirements. I highly recommend using this newly developed platform because it has greatly improved our sales and marketing efforts.

Easy to use, intuitive frontend, offline usage possible, connection to salesforce.com. Possibility to create own decks. notes on the material during the visit. Favorites I like as well.

I can only tell for our setup. The upload of updates is very slow and takes a lot of time. Depending on the amount of marketing material it uses a lot of space on the hard drive. At least for our case, the upload of the marketing material out of our brand center is extremely un-handy...

**Recommendations to others considering Pitcher:**

Change Management as an important part of all new (digital) tools and processes in a company needs to be considered from day 1. Sounds easy, but could create issues. Especially because it might seem as if the company wants to check the way of working of the field staff with this tool.

One source of truth for all marketing materials, easily sorted and always the very latest status of the material. Easy creation of call reports in salesforce. Nice storage of all other links, which I frequently use.,

the docummentum is not update we have several communication that are not gather on one guideline, I am thinking like a MD that is onboarding process

The drag and drop admin interface used to release and distribute new or updated assets is simple and intuitive while also providing a high degree of control for the distribution of content.
It's a stable and reliable platform – we've used it for years and with almost no technical issues.

**What do you dislike about Pitcher?**

Reporting functionality, e.g. which users are using which assets, could be better.  It gets the job done but is less intuitive than the app and admin interfaces.

**What problems is Pitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pitcher has allowed us to quickly and cost-effective push new sales assets to our team and ensures they are all using the latest, approved materials.  
It is drag-and-drop easy to push a new brochure or presentation out to the field whereas printing and distributing hard copies to outside sales is time-consuming and costly.
We can now be much more selective about which assets are printed.

**What do you like best about Pitcher?**

We can use it in an offline mode. The admins can upload content and all the users can have the updated easily. Having groups for users and contents, help us to improve the analysis of the adoption. The installation in iOS devices is great, its more functional por all the users.

**What do you dislike about Pitcher?**

The keywords administration is difficult to understand and dominate for the admins, sometimes the admins upload materials, and they're available for the users, then they disappear. The Valo Tools are having some troubles; the translations trigger some issues; this has delayed the users' deployment.

**Recommendations to others considering Pitcher:**

The admin of the tool and the trainer must be the same person to have absolute control of the content, training, new developments, and some other topics. 
Having access to analytics allows to the managers to improve the adoption, to implement KPI's, etc.
If Pitcher is installed in a mobile device (tablets for example), it will be more friendly, more productive, more profesionalism and the customers will have a better image of the company.

This solution provides the possibility to manage content remotetly, fast receive files by the groups after uploading, and Pitcher is very polite, reactive and enthusiastic team!

The user interface should be more intuitive. The admin interface has annoying little things, should be fixed. Not all formats of files are compatible (probably my package only).

Having Pitcher app between the hands of our sales people increased their efficiency in a tremendous way, they started even enjoying their daily activities more in addition we started (as Management) having more accurate reports and taking better business decision based on better understanding for our markets.
The cherry on top of the cream is Pitcher support team response is always professional and on time.

We had major iOS version changes during the last period and managing more than 2k devices is a challenging process, so we are waiting for the app auto update version which should be in place this month.

Pitcher offered us a great quality of service. We have been impressed by the reactivity of their teams and we appreciate how flexible their platform is to adapt to the specificities of our sales process.

They have helped me put together a tool that is truly a game changer for our sales force.

We have done an extensive review of all the Sales Enablement solutions and have found that Pitcher had by far the best and tightest CRM integration (Salesforce.com<http://Salesforce.com><http://Salesforce.com<http://salesforce.com/>> in our case). Next to full offline integration (incl. any updates we make on our CRM) we appreciate their innovation and vision around Sales Enablement as a monolithic app for sales people.

Proper deployment and integration requires time and effort, but it was mostly caused by our complex SFDC set up and integration requirements.

Pitcher enables each Sales Rep to dedicate time on "Sales" as it efficiently takes care of all admin activities, +  provide great variety of media tools to perform engaging and relevant pitches.

Easy to create interactive presentations with hotspots, and chapters
Ability to link to relevant documents within a presentation
Ability to use the quick jump feature to navigate from an existing presentation to another presentation easily
Ability to create custom slide decks and include whichever pages you wish without having to include all pages within a document
Offline accessibility of the documents

**What do you dislike about Pitcher?**

When you create a slide deck and include a pdf, the resulting document is a pdf.  It would be nice to provide a warning when you include a pdf with powerpoint presentations.
The admin limits the number of documents you can duplicate. If you select all, it doesn't give you a warning.  You just have to verify which documents have been duplicated.

The tool offers a lot of flexibility to create presentations.  Pitcher's model is for the customer to be self-sufficient. It provides the documentation to assist you to do any required customizations.   If the out of the box features are not enough, make sure you have the resources to maintain the presentations and to do any customizations..

We use pitcher  for our salesforce to have professional looking presentations while in front of our customers while not having to have an internet connection.

We were able to implement Pitcher in couple of countries over a period of few weeks. Seamless integration with Salesforce and ease of use of the iPad application increased reps' efficiency and saved time needed for call preparations, execution and reporting.

Salesforce support was a few clicks aways, always very competent and helpful, very proactive.

**What do you dislike about Pitcher?**

We were missing territory management, which would help in easy territory rearrangements and in transferring reps from one territory to another.

**What problems is Pitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our medical reps could concentrate on calls, knowing call preparations, presentation materials and reporting is automatically handled by the system. This lead to increased performance and better call quality.
