What do you like best about Paychex?

What do you dislike about Paychex?

I dislike the lack of knowledge, being passed around and not getting serious issued addressed. Payroll errors are not resolved and there is no accountability by any support person (or manager). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paychex solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paychex has actually cost me (small business owner) considerable time and money in trying to resolve discrepancies between Paychex payroll team (where the errors and lack of communication and constantly changing "dedicated account reps" are taking place) and our Benefits administrators. This has caused inaccurate payroll, inaccurate W-2s, over billing for benefits and service fees and inaccurate medical coverage for our employees. "Effortless Payroll Management with Paychex"

What do you like best about Paychex?

I like how Paychex makes it easy to track pay and deductions. It also keeps track of needed W2s and information if an audit is done, which is really handy. Paychex serves as a one-stop shop because I can contact customer service, and they'll send me all the information needed for an audit. I find it user-friendly, and their direct customer service is a big help. The initial setup was very easy, with a representative staying on the phone until everything was installed and logins were created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
