Paperflite allowed us to centralize all of our content for 2 different brands we use into one central HUB. Distributing this content to prospects and clients was incredibly simple, and it looks very clean. Its not incredibly complex, which is a good thing, because for a Digital Sales Room and Content Hub you dont need a million settings/options to sift through. But the true win here for them is one of the best support and onboarding processes I have ever been a part of. Mithra and team went above and beyond to ensure we knew exactly how to use their system, and their onboarding process is top tier, pacing was incredible, and they genuinely care about you finding success using their platform. We did not originally like how the default Deal Room configuration was setup, it was not possible to change these settings, it was by design.

We told Mithra about this concern, she got the development team on it and they changed our deal room default configuration to align with what we wanted.

I love how Paperflite makes organizing content seamless for our sales teams, allowing them to find the content they need quickly and share it professionally. The reporting features could be more user-friendly and I don't know how but something to help give more direction on which experience would be bet given what collateral is in any given collection would great versus a lot of trial and error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The admin reports could be better. We want to see what content salespeople are sending, how many opportunities and wins that's driving. It would be helpful to see the name o the person who sent it, the content they sent, and GP from the opportunity/win, and their division. Also, we've had many technical issues.
