What do you like best about Paperflite?

I like how Paperflite helps me keep a lot of different resources organized in one place, instead of having tons of attachments to emails that can be easily lost or overlooked. I really appreciate the customization features, especially being able to add my customer's logo and personalize each site. This makes resources appear more personal to my customer, rather than being branded for my company or for Paperflite. The instructional videos were helpful when I was getting started. I would definitely recommend it, giving it a 10 out of 10 because it's a simple but impactful resource. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperflite?

I had one issue with videos loading incorrectly, but I reached out to their customer service and they fixed it for me. Also, there was a bit of a learning curve, but they have instructional videos that were helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have issues with our search features. We have lots of images, docs, etc...that I need to access quickly. I usually have to dig through quite a bit of files before I find what I'm looking for even after I've entered the exact name of the file into search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paperflite?

Paperflite allowed us to centralize all of our content for 2 different brands we use into one central HUB. Distributing this content to prospects and clients was incredibly simple, and it looks very clean. Its not incredibly complex, which is a good thing, because for a Digital Sales Room and Content Hub you dont need a million settings/options to sift through. But the true win here for them is one of the best support and onboarding processes I have ever been a part of. Mithra and team went above and beyond to ensure we knew exactly how to use their system, and their onboarding process is top tier, pacing was incredible, and they genuinely care about you finding success using their platform. What do you dislike about Paperflite?

We did not originally like how the default Deal Room configuration was setup, it was not possible to change these settings, it was by design.

We told Mithra about this concern, she got the development team on it and they changed our deal room default configuration to align with what we wanted.

Honestly, cannot recommend this product and their process enough. They go above and beyond, and at the price they offer compared to other platforms, we got incredible value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paperflite is the best way to organize marketing materials for sharing with customers and sales teams. It allows us to customize by use and region to ensure everyone is getting exactly what they need. It was also really easy to setup and implement for the entire team. Moreover, the initial setup process of Paperflite was straightforward, significantly aided our transition as we could efficiently pull in all our information from Box. Also, I value how Paperflite integrates with other essential tools like Salesforce and Outlook, which enhances our productivity by connecting different aspects of our workflow.
