We have not yet taken much advantage of the Deal Room but need to. Something new we are kicking off next month is custom collections that correspond to all of our conferences for the rest of the year. Creating a collection allows them to review relevant assets quickly. It also allows me to understand what's essential (downloaded, looked at) and what's not (ignored).
