My main role is digital campaigns and lead gen, and this software provided a way for us to gate content. This helped us to get organized with tracking leads. Also, our sales team constantly asked us for assets and now they can access it themselves, which made things more efficient for everyone. **What do you dislike about Paperflite?** Wasn't easy to integrate certain parts with our Google Workspace, still a work in progress. **What problems is Paperflite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were manually tracking content through Excel which sounds insane. A long document with links where we have to use CTRL + F to find something from keywords. Now we use a platform where we can have a preview of what we searched for and have folders for each category of content. ### 2. I also like that it's easy to edit data rooms as the deal progresses, adding and removing content with ease. I would recommend using Paperflite to anyone. **What do you dislike about Paperflite?** I don't dislike anything about Paperflite. It's easy to use. The one thing that could be better is managing old data rooms. As you clone and create new ones, the old ones linger. **What problems is Paperflite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paperflite is solving the issue of having to send documents through email. As the deal progresses, I can add documents to the data room and continue to send the link. I also can track when users see documents and how long they spend in each one, which allows me to track activity for potential deals. ### 4. Making client-facing documents evergreen is quite helpful in maintaining our resources. **What do you dislike about Paperflite?** When in Outlook, I can not see the full document name; this makes it VERY difficult to select the right one without opening a preview. When attaching assets to an email, I need an option to make it look like a standard email attachment. Attaching a document not in Paperflite is not optimal because some are in the body or the email, and some are attachments. Also, clients can't see the full name of the document in the grid view, so I have to list the name of each asset above the grid. **What problems is Paperflite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paperflite gives our teams a convenient Outlook interface to provide our clients with product information and marketing materials. When we customize collateral for clients, we can create a collection so the entire account management team can access the most up-to-date solution support materials. ### 5. The onboarding process was amazing as well, very detailed, Rishika and the team were very helpful, always concerned about projects, doubts and recommendations. The tracking of the content is quite helpful as well, the dashboard is very friendly and easy to navigate through the reports. **What do you dislike about Paperflite?** I would make the tagging process a little more efficient. You have to tag each file individually. I would like a presentation template option. We were stuck with some of the default backgrounds and images that come standard with the product. Where Google Drive was blocked or others, Paperflite was simply a web-site that hasn't met restrictions in most proxy limitations. I use the personalized link feature very often. **What do you dislike about Paperflite?** When sharing links on LinkedIn, the URLs are very long which is not great (mainly because LinkedIn) does not allow you to hyperlink text in inmails and messages.
