Without it, each project would be immensely more time consuming/research oriented. Customer support has always been top tier (contract level) with immediate and quick responses. With our TAM utilization, we've been able to really engage and further enhance our use of the project suite. We're looking forward to further engagement to optimize our org w/ all the applications provided. **What do you dislike about Salesforce Backup & Recover?** We were peripheral users of the project suite for a long time (premier support with no TAM). We only reached out when there was a problem, but never engaged w/ the company to further enhance our abilities/relationship. This past year (2024) was eye-opening and has been a game-changer heading into 2025 (various projects on our company roadmap that can be accomplished w/ Own). I think the initial interactions were minimal which left gaps on our side that we had to look around for options to address.
