When we do need to replace data - which has largely been due to cleanup that was a bit more far reaching than intended - the restore process is very intuitive. Our new team members don't require extensive training sessions to become proficient with the product. We have always received the very best customer support from Own on technical questions, and our account team balances keeping us up-to-date with their newest products while respecting any budgeting or timing limitations on our part.
