# What is the best way to ensure 3rd party products built natively within the SalesForce environment are also properly captured and backup?

We currently have issues with certain 3rd party objects that have been built inside the native SalesForce environment properly backing up into OwnBackup. These objects intermittently backup, but have a tendency to frequently fail in the backup process. This isn't for all of the objects either. It seems to be random at which objects are allowed to backup.
