What sold me on oryx was the dental charting, specifically periodontal charting. The software is able to generate percentage bleeding, number of sites over 6 mm. I appreciate Oryx Dental Software for its streamlined functionality that makes everything easy to use and navigable, which is particularly useful for clinical procedures. The software's use and implementation of artificial intelligence to simplify and enhance the reading of x-rays stands out as a very beneficial aspect. I also find the training modules to be extremely helpful, as they made the transition smoother for myself and my team, despite some initial challenges with the icons. Furthermore, I value the high recommendation from my colleagues, which was reinforced by my positive experience during the demo. Lastly, the integration of both clinical and billing processes into a single, efficient system is something I found uniquely advantageous in Oryx Dental Software. I found the initial setup of Oryx Dental Software a bit confusing, as there were some icons that took time for both myself and my team to adjust to. Additionally, the current price point feels a bit high for the features offered. I would also appreciate the inclusion of more features to streamline the clinical process further. It would be beneficial if additional clinical training was available, as well as having a representative assigned during the first few weeks of implementation to provide support.
