    "Against the grain: What I like best is the face to face interaction with the Pro Summit!! Through the years I've only heard all of the negatives about ADP and still managed to remain positive (on most days) in regard to ADP and it's benefit to companies. At the Pro Summit, it truly is a "human" experience which has broadened my expectations and exceeded them, more now considering all of the features that have been available all along. When you get through and see all of the layers, it brings to light just how complex the system really is, but also very simple to manage when done properly. I titled this review "Against the grain" because many see ADP as a daunting system, but I disagree, especially now... "

    "Ultipro Review: I like how user friendly this software is. You really don't need a tutorial to go start using this program. I like that I can access my pay stub even a day before I actually get paid. I also like how easy it is to track my hours or to input vacation or sick time. I also like that I can pull it up on my phone if need be. I don't always start my day at the office so it's nice that I can clock in through the internet on my phone from any location. "

    "Workday Review: Dynamic Organisation Chart which can iterate the entire organisation on a scroll of your mouse. Workday has a decent look and multiple nice component required for employee information management. Display the employee profile very well manner which contains all crucial information related to an employee. Every links on a page redirects you to the relevant section for detailed information. Searching a colleague is quiet easy using email id or the employee ID. Workday has configurable components depending upon individual requirement to display them on the dashboard."

    "Kronos for the most part takes care of all our timekeeping needs: The most helpful thing is to not have to manually enter in employees time from timesheets. Time being captured at the clocks or by employee time stamps ensures our employees are getting paid accurately for all time worked. Also you can monitor employees attendance a little closer and see if they are habitually late for work, or leave early. Makes employees more accountable."

    "PeopleSoft Financials as Enterprise Finance Management: I have worked on PeopleSoft as a techno-functional analyst and now I am an end user managing the general ledger of a bank in PeopleSoft General Ledger module. It is a very user friendly application with simple user interface and neither complex or flashy to use. Also the delivered functionality provided by PeopleSoft is very much efficient to use for any multinational company and the maintenance of the product is very cheap as from the latest version 9.2 it doesn't require a project to be carried out to upgrade to newer version."

    "Global database for human resources: It has a great integrity of the data. It is a good management system for human resources and equipment within the company. Manages the different files within a database, which increases the ease of managing documents, reports and internal teams from different areas of the company. The configuration is quite flexible, it can be customized and it also has a well-cut design, which is useful so that any change you make within the system is presented with an attractive visual design for users. Regarding the presentation of the scoring systems and the members of the teams are well defined and this seems to me key, since it is necessary that there is a distinction between each member and the contribution made."

    "The ideal system that every company should have.: I like this system because it remains in constant evolution with its impressive improvements. Each function that this program has been amazing, it even allows me to be able to simplify all the programs I used before in just one. It allows me to be up-to-date with payroll processing, it allows me to have an evaluation of performance management, it gives the company's board a complete and detailed report of the performance of the company and people. This system has an excellent and fast customer service. That undoubtedly they are always ready to attend to any novelty that may arise, I also like it because it allows me to have in a function all the aspects that are handled by the human resource of the company. I love the performance management tool and how they are improving this system with that function, there are so many things that I would like to say about each function that this system has that would not end, however, something that remains to be highlighted is that it has a board and a very simple interface to use."

    "Very organized and straight-forward!: I am a DJ and I work for a company that handles all my bookings. I get different pay for different types of events.
