I like the Optimiely REST API most since it allows for so much more customization to the base product, which by itself is awesome. Apart from this, I also like the modern-looking and easy-to-navigate dashboard which does a great job of organizing all the things it has to offer to the user. I think optimizely can be best way in making a better digital experience.

We can personalize accordingly whatever we want to see or follow instead of unwanted things.

Another thing i liked is the web development testing feature - This can be so useful for web developers

But optimizely can improve the theme they are using in UI. Some colorful and pictorial representations may be more effective.

Specially dark theme can be changed as light

The best thing I like about the Optimizely's Feature Experimentation service is that they offer best in class tools for optimizing the digital experience in a way that can help in significantly improving the customer experince!!
