Once you learn to navigate the platform creating feature flags is straightforward. What do you dislike about Optimizely Feature Experimentation? Poor and out of date documentation makes it difficult to integrate across our estate and is missing key features that would allow us to have visibility (e.g. we can't integrate flags into Slack) Interface is difficult to use - teams across the business often have to ask for verification a flag is turned on or off as changing a flag is complex and not very intuitive AB testing is hampered by difficulties in ensuring consistent bucketing of users across the estate and the fact the % flagging doesn't appear to function as we'd expect Navigating around the system is not easy - its not intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Optimizely Feature Experimentation solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing us to A/B test new features before committing to roll out a feature to all customers and feature flagging parts of the codebase to enable certain functionality to be toggled on or off. What do you dislike about Optimizely Feature Experimentation? - very limited analytics capabilities - cannot use any event or user attributes for analysis - very expensive for what it is - we end up exporting all the data to analyze it outside of Optimizely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
