"Great UI, But Not Suited for Bakeries—Overpromised and Underdelivered"
What do you like best about Nory?

Nice UI and easy to access information

Our onboarder was helpful and really tried, but it felt like she was working with one hand tied behind her back – doing her best with a system that just doesn’t deliver. Support since then has been slow and mostly unhelpful, full of promises that “someone will get back to you” and then nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nory?

We were sold Nory as an “all in one bakery solution,” but in reality it’s completly geared towards restaurants. From setup to reporting, nothing fits how a bakery actually works. Half the features they showed in the demo either don’t exist or only make sense if you’re running a full service kitchen.

It honestly feels like we’ve been testing a half-finished product rather than using a reliable system - after 3 months of onboarding we were still unable to use it.

What do you like best about Nory?

Firstly, Nory is so user friendly and makes it really easy to optimise everything they offer to benefit my day to day operations effectively and efficiently. It really was a game changer in my role of overseeing both franchise and Equity stores. The system ensures Labour and inventory are being managed in accordance with the businesses needs, which are clearly pinpointed through data driven sales forecasts and insights for all major aspects of my role. As a whole, Nory has completely streamlined my operations and gave me a great understanding of where we were overspending on stock, staffing and waste, all in all meaning I am operating under maximum profitability because of this platform. What do you dislike about Nory?

It’s clear that this platform was designed with every possible operational and financial problem in mind, it really does cover all basis. What do you like best about Nory?

I work in the marketing team at CUPP. I use Nory regularly to upload my schedule and request time off and it makes those everyday admin tasks so much easier. The app is super intuitive, user friendly and easy to navigate when checking schedules. Previously, when I worked as a barista, I used Nory daily to log wastage and one thing I really appreciated was how clearly it showed the value of what was being lost. For example, if we threw away five scoops of tapioca, it would automatically calculate and display the cost in pounds. What do you dislike about Nory?

What do you dislike about Nory?

Occasionally, the mobile app can lag during peak times, especially when multiple staff are logged in simultaneously. There are also some limitations in reporting when it comes to deep-dive financial breakdowns, which we sometimes have to export manually. What do you like best about Nory?

It is highly flexible, especially in regards to generating Stock reports. Adaptable depending on what information you wish to see.

Allows you to have a good overview of your business in regards to sales and GP percentages

There is an AI function that calculates what quantities of stock should be ordered each day but it does not seem accurate to the sales that are being made. It suggests over-ordering. What do you like best about Nory?

I have been using Nory for the past year every day. It's easy to understand and makes placing supplier orders very simple, which is amazing because you don’t have to send an email every time you need to order. I will definitely implement it in other aspects of my production routine.

What I like best about Nory is that it brings both labour and COGS together in one platform, and they actually listen to feedback. they’re always working on improving the app based on what their clients need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nory?

One thing I’d like to see improved is the department view, it’d be really helpful if staff could be split by kitchen or floor to make it easier to manage once approving their shifts.
