"Centralized Endpoint Management with Fast Remote Support and Reliable Performance"
4/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

What I like most about NinjaOne is how it centralizes endpoint management, monitoring, and remote support into one easy-to-use platform. The UI is clean and intuitive, so IT teams can quickly find device information, automate routine tasks, and resolve issues without having to jump between multiple tools.

Another major advantage is the platform’s performance and reliability. Remote access sessions are fast and responsive, which makes troubleshooting more efficient and helps reduce user downtime. Being able to manage endpoints from a single cloud-based console is especially valuable when supporting remote and hybrid work environments.

Lastly, my experience with onboarding and customer support has been very positive. The platform is straightforward to deploy, and the support team is knowledgeable and responsive whenever I need assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

One limitation is that some advanced reporting and customization options can feel restrictive compared to more specialized enterprise management tools. Although the built-in reports cover most day-to-day needs, creating highly customized reports or dashboards can still take extra effort and may not feel as flexible as I’d like. "Great experience"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

We’ve been using NinjaOne for some time now, and it has truly transformed the way we manage our IT operations. The platform is very user-friendly, and having all our tools consolidated in one place makes it much easier to monitor our devices without constantly switching between different systems. The automation features have saved us a significant amount of time on routine tasks, allowing us to concentrate on the work that actually drives our projects forward. Additionally, their support team has been excellent always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. I would gladly recommend NinjaOne to any IT team looking to streamline their processes and improve efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

If I were to suggest an area for enhancement, it would be the reporting features. While the built-in reports are solid, having greater flexibility to adjust them to our own metrics or particular requirements would be very helpful. A bit more control in this aspect could make an already outstanding tool even more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Fast, and Cost-Effective RMM With a True Single Pane of Glass"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

It’s easy to use, and the program responds quickly to changes and reflects them for the end client. We removed ConfigMgr and Freshdesk to consolidate on one platform, and this was cost-effective. It also gives us a single pane of glass to manage our clients.

Setup was straightforward, and we were onboarded and up and running quickly. Support has been there when required, but sometimes it takes a while to get a definitive answer. That said, we’ve rarely needed any assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

The ticketing system is functional and seems to improve with each release, but it still lacks a few features that would make it a true competitor to other RMMs. For example, threaded helpdesk tickets would be a big improvement, as would the ability to attach images or files to canned responses. "Easy and powerfull to push applications, policies and scripts"
3.5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

On top of the previous things, we are using the background mode on Ninja Connect that allows us to change some things without interrupting users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

I'm still missing a better view of pushed things ( from tasks) for mass updates, like a report of devices that worked... etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"RMM for MSPs that focuses on speed, efficiency, technical support and new features in quick cadence."
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The speed and quickness to move around in the User Interface is quite refreshing and seems to be a core value to the product. Our migration was from another well established RMM, and the customer support we received along the way was invaluable. The system is also easily approachable on otherwise typically complex topics - scripting primarly. We were able to integrate several nested policies with minimal effort. So far the account management team as well as the technical support teams have been helpful, quick to provide resolution and be helpful overall. It integrates very well with our PSA and EDR software. The Ninja Remote capabilities are also feature reach. Our initial impressions and continued daily use continues to be positive. We depend on NinjaOne to support our customers and it does not disappoint. Pay attention to the licensing requirements, as it is not completely usage based - it your endpoint number decreases, you must notify NinjaOne. Otherwise, there has been little complaints in the near two years we have been utilizing them as our RMM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

The reporting feature is a bit lackluster. Licensing management is manual when the endpoints decrease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best RMM (Great support)"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

Easy patching and seamless integration with multiple remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, Splashtop, RDP, etc.) The support team is fantastic and continuously coming out with great new features! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

I honestly can't think of much. Potentially could have better support for MacOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NinjaOne Makes Remote Support Fast, Easy, and Reliable"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

NinjaOne tool is very handy especially for remote support, it allows IT personnel to easily connect and remote to a company device just by downloading the agent. the interface is easy to digest, performance is almost instant with the remote connection and applying automations and scripts, support for ninjaone is always available if there are any issues with the tool. if there are any issues with the agent, we have quick connect that is also a good alternative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

For now, I cannot think of any downside or disadvantages with this tool as it almost provides all the functions we need to work as a remote IT Service Desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ninja One Makes Patching and Device Upkeep Easy with Clear Dashboards"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

We use Ninja One for patching and the ongoing upkeep of all our devices. The dashboards and reports make it easy to see where we stand with patching and which devices we may need to look into. With a small department, we need all the help we can get, and Ninja One has been great for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

The only issues I’ve had with Ninja One are with the MDM. When we were looking at moving our setup over, there were a few functions the MDM didn’t have, such as being able to add certificates to devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A wonderful RMM that is affordable and easy to use."
4.5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

I love the automated monitoring and custom scripts that you can run. I love the ability to create custom fields. The ability to remote into computers is amazing as well.

The UI is intuitive. They keep creating integrations and adding more products. It has always been very affordable and support is always available through the dojo. The community support is wonderful, with people providing useful scripts that can be used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

There is not much to dislike. I wish the ticketing system was more open to customization, but that may be due to the fact that I haven't messed with it much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Patch Management and Powerful Automation Scheduling"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The simplicity of patch management is a major plus for me when work with windows desktops.

I also really loved the Script, Automation, and Scheduling menus. They have allowed me to execute complex processes to install software, certificates, and configuration files all in one convenient scheduled automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

My biggest complaint about NinjaOne is the delay in updates for the Software section of an asset. Updating a piece of software will not refresh the version number listed in the Software tab.

Additionally, the background connection performance/speed leaves something to be desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
