"Great phone software!"

What do you like best?

This software is definitely recommended. I mostly like that it is very user-friendly and not complicated. It allows you to track incoming/outgoing calls, easily manage your voice messages, add contacts, and schedule/view events.

What do you dislike?

As of yet, I don't dislike anything about the Mitel software. It doesn't act up and is always functioning properly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great software that makes a phone software easy-to-use with other helpful functions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mitel Virtualization has helped with my business manage the resources needed. In addition, the real-time applications are extremely helpful.

"Easy set up and limited issues."

What do you like best?

Easy in and out of seats for switching employees out.

What do you dislike?

Anytime you have something internet based and the service goes down it can be a pain. But that falls on the internet provider.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Basics. Easy to use. easy to swap out with new employees. Easy to integrate click to dial features with other software.
