Pushing the upgrades through a platform such as Ivanti enables employees to access the upgrades independently, without intervention from an IT employee. **What do you dislike about Ivanti User Workspace Manager?** Sometimes the pushes for updates occur at different times for different individuals, so some employees may not be able to access the updates in Ivanti immediately. This allows a company to easily mitigate down time and lost revenue / productivity. **What do you dislike about Ivanti User Workspace Manager?** The application has changed names several times over the last few years and at times the online documentation is out dated. This makes it difficult to set up the application quickly without the need for professional services.
