This tool is Microsoft's own tool for managing their SQL server environments. It works well for managing databases, controlling security for access to the SQL databases, setting up simple scheduled management tasks such as database backups (dumps), and it lets you generate and test queries. I've found that the user friendliness of the tool especially for a newer leaner has been a great boost to my development. It's familiarity as a Microsoft product is both a pro and con Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
